TERRIBLE Ordered a $12.50 Antipasto salad and they make it with their shredded sub iceberg lettuce and hardly any meat. Literally could not have made a sandwich with it. Had to add my own meat at home. I would expect the amount you put on a sub like subway does. Then I wanted lettuce on the side for my sub and she said the manager said you cant get anything on the side. WOW subway from now own for sure!!!

Every once in a great while, I go to Tubby’s and will order a couple subs and a side. It is one of those places where I know not to expect the greatest quality subs, but yet, I still come here every once in a great while.

The Chicken & Cheddar sub was my first choice. I paired it with the Reuben sub and an order of the Breaded Mushrooms. The food here is not too filling for me which is why I order two subs and a side. I liked the Reuben (corned beef) much better than the chicken and cheddar sub. The breaded mushrooms were super tiny mushroom pieces; they did not really stand out to me either.

The service here is great. I have no complaints there. The employees here are always nice and respectful when I go in.

Just in to pickup a couple Italian subs.
Told them I need 1 cold and the other TOASTED, but when I get home it was not.
Sure the meat was lukewarm at best but the was not,.
I called and the person i spoke with did not seem to care . Won’t be back if they can’t the orders right or actually care about the customer!

I get 3 famous footlong subs from here, conveniently, every time I go next door to get my water jugs filled. The service is great, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and delicious and they always give me a 10% veteran discount, which really means alot to me, that they support Veterans. Definitely recommend this Tubbys!

Had the best meal with my family after ordering carry out from here. The one down the road was closed so came here instead. Very happy with the service and food! They also had a gluten free bun which was excellent and was a bonus to be able to order it as a 6 inch instead of the foot long most places require for gluten free roll. Will be back!

Would recommend making a telephone call to verify if they have received your online order.

Have had 3 instances with tubby’s locations (only 1 at this location) in which my online orders didn’t get to them until I arrived for the pick up.

Tubbys this is not right yall had to look at this food before you sent it out the door! I asked for wings not fried hard these are hard and black! The phone is always off the hook and it’s usually not very busy all the time how does this even happen? The cook had to see my food. I’ll be contacting management.
Contacted mgr sue on Monday because I was told managers are NOT in everyday. After speaking with her she said they would replace the wings or i could get something of the same value I said ok fine I’ll come by when I can pick it up it won’t be today so she took my name. I Called before I came exactly 7 days later and it went from yes we will replace it to Take the review down and then you can get your meal. Now that people has really made me not want the food who knows what’s going on behind the scenes if they choose to be spiteful or what and who runs their business like this. Yea I’m gonna take it as a loss and that’s the sad part that I even have to accept this when i took pictures the customers are always right definately doesnt apply here. They do alot of things but paying attention to your food isn’t 1 or honoring their request when they are in the wrong. If you go to this place be aware what your gonna be dealing with and the professionalism of the management that drops in from time to time.

Ordered online only to get to the location and be told they didn’t receive my order and asked if I could order again. Began to repeat my order for 5 sandwiches, only to be told they didn’t have wheat bread or cheese bread which are 2 of their 5 bread choices. Told they only had white and gluten free. The white bread was NOT tubbies bread, everyone agreed about that. My sandwich was not made properly, asked for no tomatoes. And the cottage fries I ordered were soft and soggy. Over all awful experience, sign on the door said “under new management” but they guy taking my order had to call his manager to ask him a question. Obviously there’s no one managing or making sure the store is being run properly. Would recommend going to the Tubbys at 19 and van dyke.

I have been coming to This Tubby’s 3 to 4 times a month for at least 10yrs. There is a new owner that refused to wrap my foot-long into 2 separate sections unless he charged me extra
When I pointed out I’m just asking for additional piece of paper he still refused☹️ This business just lost a very loyal customer!
P. S. When I walked in he was trying to talk the previous customer into writing a good review for him… I say if the customer service is good and your food is good people will write a good review without being coerced
