Steak was pretty good. It was cooked as ordered and arrived shortly after we ordered. The chicken parm was not to good. Service was great except having to wait on drink refills.

We had a fantastic experience tonight, and a huge part of that was our server, Kaylee Steber. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked in at all the right times, knew the menu well, and handled everything with a great attitude and professionalism. You can tell she truly cares about giving great service, and it made our dinner even more enjoyable. If you’re lucky enough to have Kaylee as your server, you’re in excellent hands. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Customer Service Matt-ers!!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Last week several close friends, several of us Veterans, gathered for a farewell dinner at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, and the experience was outstanding. The food was excellent, especially considering how busy it was — heavy sports night and a packed house for a Sunday evening.
What truly made the night, however, was our server, Matt H!
He managed the complexity of an entire section — including our large party — with professionalism, class, and genuine hospitality. Despite the pace and pressure, he never looked overwhelmed. Orders were accurate, timing was on point, and he gave our table consistent attention throughout the evening.
Matt set himself apart. His service elevated the entire experience, and I sincerely hope his leadership recognizes the level of excellence he delivers! We’ll absolutely be back because of the service we received.

So much went wrong on our first trip here. It does look nice and was clean. That’s about all the good I can say tho. We were seated quickly… upon being seated in the round booths however my pants were giving friction so I couldn’t slide and had to kind of booty hop around to the center. Where someone had left a fork prongs up wedged up and out the cushions which means I forcefully landed on it (and didn’t know til I got home it punctured my skin). The host very numbly gave an apology and wasn’t concerned at all nor did anyone come to see if I was ok. It then took 18 mins for a server to get our drink order or come by. Even tho multiple workers passed by us. With one steadily cleaning the tables in front of us. This is 4 hours before closing fyi. I understand they may have been cut and not actively taking tables but could have spoke to us or at minimum found our server. When she did sho up she apologize with she didn’t know we were her table that we weren’t in her section. However I had not seen her previously walking around before then but who knows. My husband and daughter’s food was great they got the jambalaya and salmon. I showered got the chicken parm. The plate was full of grease (I’ve seen pepperoni pizza with less grease) the chicken was so over cooked and hard the steak knife would barely cut it and I felt I was gonna break a tooth. The pasta was cold and instead of red marinara I had old & brown sauce. After letting server know the chicken was burnt or brick hard nothing was said or done then the dessert. I got the choc chip pizzookie. It to was overcooked and stuck to the tin. The knife wouldn’t cut it either. There were 2 ppl at the bar and 3 other tables besides us so they were not busy and no reason for such crap food or service again no one came to check on us or anything. I def would not go back. Even tho they had sooooo many things that looked good and I would have like to try. I added a pic of the receipt. Considering the fork incisions are just under my butt cheek I can’t or don’t feel comfortable posting that. And also the salmon is very small portion size for the price. Or that was ours anyway. And the jambalaya was not hot the top was cool but warm as she went further into it. I would definitely be weary. This is Huntsville AL Bridge street location.

1st time to BJ’s. I will never come here again. Overpriced and dismal service. Plastic knives fork and spoon!?!?!?! Mushy meatballs. It was bad. We will not be back. Just way too many other good places to eat and cheaper. Get me once but never again.

We came here for dinner on a Wednesday evening and were seated quickly. Our host was friendly and our server Sydney was great. Food was good with large portion sizes. If you are a root beer fan, I would recommend their NEW Hard Root Beer. It was very flavorful and definitely a desert beverage. Pazookie was fantastic as usual.

Came here for lunch on Sunday. We were promptly seated and had out drink orders taken. The service was very good throughout. I’ve come here several times before and had a good experience for the most part, even with large parties. We ordered lemon pepper bone in wings, kids mac n. cheese with fruit, brocolli soup, Asian salad, and a medium/shareable deep dish pizza, an iced tea and a beer.
My biggest complaint was that the pizza wasn’t as good as previous visits. Deep dish pizza had very soft and doughy crust and almost no sauce. I requested and was given a side if sauce, but it didn’t taste that good honestly. Wife thought the broccoli soup was good but that it came out slightly less than lukewarm (which is saying something, because I am constantly reheating dishes at home she things is ‘hot enought’). Wife liked the chicken on her Asian salad and thought the portion was healthy. Wings were pretty good, and kid liked her mac n cheese. Just the pizza was a miss. My 5
They have a huge menu with a lot of beers on draft, a little pricey (most every meal will be $20 after tax) but that isn’t necessarily a deal breaker. Service has always been good and I’ll probably come back again for lunch (especially business lunches — food comes quick!). Give it a shot but maybe try the tavern pizza instead of deep dish.

Avocado spring rolls were fresh and delicious. We went for Happy Hour and the prices were amazing. $7 pizza and appetizers, can’t beat that.
