OFFSPRING CHAOS
I ordered a large Taco sub combo and gave a $2 dollar tip cause the cashier was really nice. Total was $20 dollars im giving the store a 2 star cause the meat was pretty burnt the chips were huge in the sub and the sub was very dry. The service there was excellent tho. Not getting another Taco sub. Not at $20. Also I didnt really know where to stand to wait for my food so people were just gaggled about in the store

I had a great experience at this Tubbys location! The two workers were so friendly. I let them know that I couldn’t have cheese on my sub and the man beautiful the counter asked if it was an allergy and I replied yes. He proceeded to clean the grill for me and the lady got a clean knife to cut the subs with to ensure my sub was free if any dairy. I greatly appreciate the service and I will be giving them my business again in the future!

1st time here: very nice experience! Clerks were super friendly, the store was very clean, nicely decorated. Ordered Philly cheese steaks and Italian subs: food was prepared quickly, fresh ingredients, tasted great. Will definitely visit again.

So I order online and get a confirmation to pick up at 630 on a Saturday. Open til 8 mind you. When I get there they are closed up no lights, made sure I ordered at the right place and was all good. Not open no food but card was pending..three days later transaction goes thru yet they was closed Sunday and Monday as well. Now I gotta wait for repayment and still don’t know if they open

Tall guy who works there rang me up. After handling the cash I gave him he immediately grabbed slices of meat without changing his gloves. He looked surprised I told him to change his gloves. Very unsanitary. Makes me wonder what else the employees are handling with their gloves that they use to prepare food. Not coming back

Nice new clean restaurant. The staff is nice and fast. It’s much cleaner than the one on Michigan Ave. I’m happy they opened a location closer to me.

I never thought much of Tubby’s before this location opened. The employee’s are very friendly and the food quality has been on point. I got a large steak sandwich combo with extra meat and cheese and a regular Italian sub for 31$ and change. That’s very reasonable if you ask me especially for the quality. I’ve definitely spent alot more elsewhere for sandwiches I wanted to throw in the garbage!
