Placed an online order. Came in to pick up and the person working the counter said he didn’t see any orders. Showed him the emailed receipt and he just repeats the same thing. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Not sure if this place is a serious business or not. Just go to a stand alone Tubby’s. Don’t waste your time.

The one gal is an absolute sweetheart but I’ve gotten more lettuce, tomatoes than meat in my subs so I gave them another chance to make it right, BIG mistake, how can two subs and two poppers come out to over $30 ?
I still tip the gal in there because I know it’s not HER fault, they need to learn how to put MEAT in the sandwiches.. IM ABSOLUTELY DONE WITH THIS PARTICULAR VENUE…

This Tubbys location is hands down the best I’ve had in years. A lot of other locations have changed over the years, but not this one! They do the taco sub like it used to be 30 years ago. The right bread, the right salsa, and perfect portions. Always fast service and always made with the freshest ingredients!
