The ramen was quite tasty. While I prefer my noodles a little thicker and chewier, they were still very good. The broth was very flavorful. The quantity of the ramen was more than enough for me. The atmosphere was relaxed and well decorated. The service was welcoming and excellent. We paid with card and the machine had some issues—connectivity issues perhaps?

A very authentic Japanese ramen restaurant, various types of ramen, each with its unique broth, firmness noodles, toppings such as bamboo shoots, seaweed and perfectly soft-boiled egg, which immerses you in a world of savory aromas and culinary artistry. The decoration is cozy and full of welcoming atmosphere, a truly memorable dining place.

Is this the best ramen in Strasbourg? Yes, and it’s a welcome addition. The restaurant is v cool and feels like an izakaya. However 1h waiting time is far too long so I hope they get more staff soon. The tonkotsu tsukemen was good but I prefer mine more kotteri (thick) and I’m not a huge fan of the scorching stone bowl. Will be back though!

It was ramen. We got the tonkotsu ramen and the broth was okay, not great. We also got the veggie gyoza and those came out just shy of burnt but the filling was good.

The ramen broth was too thin. Gyoza was good.
They lack enough hooks for clothes or containers for purses. Altogether, this is literally 3 times more expensive than the prices in Japan, and the quality is severely sub-par. But cute interior.

A must visit ramen place. Why? The interior feels like outdoor in Golden Guy district in Tokyo. Attention to detail is impressive. Ramen is one of the best we’ve tried.

We were seated and given menus, and then ignored for 20-30 minutes. Despite attempting to get attention from the server, he proceeded to take orders and serve drinks to tables that were seated after us. When we eventually got his attention, he told us to wait as he went to serve another table that was seated after us. We eventually left without ordering.
We’ll try to drop in again for lunch and hopefully have a better experience.

Super! The best noddle restaurant in Strasbourg. The decoration is amazing, cozy and nostalgic, 80s’ Japan.

This is not Japanese. It’s so modified for French taste that it has lost 90% of what’s Japanese. There is no depth to the stock, and every thing tastes like it needs just about something to add it all together. So if you are familiar with Japanese. This is not it. Having said that. All the food we ordered was decent, not good, but decent.
