Highly recommend as our family has been going here for a long time. I have never left a review, but I just had to for one employee in particular. Edith (Eddie) was our server and she was a star. My family can be extra picky and she showed a lot of patience. She wrote down EVERY detail of everyone’s order, which is rare now these days. It was very pleasurable to have a waitress who added to our experience on our vacation. Great customer service, delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, can’t go wrong. GET THE RIBS!

We were here for lunch. Ambience is great. We’re greeted and served by Thomas, he is awesome, very friendly and courteous. He gave great recommendations while taking order. He takes efforts to ensure you have a nice experience. Very friendly staff. Food is delicious and one of the best we had in this island. The grilled Salmon with mango was yummy. Salmon cooked just right and the Mango with Salmon tasted so well. Will definitely visit here during our next trip. Highly recommend.

This really is 4.5 stars. I recommend the crab cake entree. They do have an option to order two that I didnt see on the menu. Hardly any filler to the crab cake. I loved the blue cheese vinaigrette on the house salad

We had the best meal that we have ever had in Hilton Head here. We had the coconut shrimp and the curry chicken with mango and both were absolutely outstanding and in fact before we leave we’re going back there!

Truffles is a step above most other restaurants in that they take your entire experience seriously–the service is top-notch, and the food is excellent. You never feel like you’re just another table to be turned. Highly recommend!

The food here is one of the best we’ve had on the island. Very pleased with our meal. We ordered takeout, but going inside the restaurant has extremely nice decor. In our next visit we hope to eat inside. We had the ribs (excellent), mango salmon (excellent), Caesar salad with shrimp (excellent), and a salad (excellent). The coconut shrimp and tuna tacos appetizers were Awesome! I’ve had better key lime pie, but I’ll give them a pass on that given all the food was so good. I highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend! We heard Truffles was the place to go for amazing food and great service and it did not disappoint! Coming from a beach area where we are surrounded by incredible restaurants, we have a very high level of expectations for dining. Truffles checked every box! The hostess was polite and professional, the atmosphere was modern and relaxing, our server was very attentive, and the food was fantastic! The French onion soup may have been the best I’ve ever had. The salmon was flavorful and the rice was cooked perfectly. Margarita was excellent! The others in our party enjoyed everything as well. Kids meals were great too! To top it off, they bring out some pretty delicious butter for your warm bread. I probably could have stayed there all night just for that. Thanks for being the best meal we’ve had on the island!
