A party of 16 first thing on a Saturday morning can be quite overwhelming but True West handled it like champs! Their breakfast sandwiches were delicious and the coffee drinks were phenomenal! The parfaits were a little small though, just sayin. It was decorated so well with fun artwork everywhere. Highly recommend this super cute coffee shop!

I love this place. Really good coffee, lots of variety at different times. My favorites are cappuccinos. Sandwiches and soups are delicious. You really can’t go wrong. Staff is great. Their manager Madi is amazing people and does really beautiful latte art. Nice little touch. Decor is really beautiful.

Cute is an understatement!! :3 This place is adorable and RICH with character, art, and soul. The upstairs is my favorite part! They have a huge variety of seating options. The food is outstanding. I got the Loch Ness monster which is a turkey with lettuce tomato and mayo on a delicious thick (I’m not sure exact type but it was thick like sourdough-esque). I got the strawberry smoothie recommended by the extremely kind and pleasant staff. This place is beautiful. :))

Coffee was good. Ordered the blended turtle blanco with shot of espresso. Recieved hot coffee. Order corrected. Staff was friendly but needs to pay attention to what customers are saying. Very cute coffee. I would be frequent flier if I lived here.

I never knew they had a drive through but happened to notice while driving by the other day. The drink was great. I typically order an iced macchiato from coffee retailers, but I tried their iced latte and it was very good.

Awesome coffee, smoothies, and sandwiches! They had my girlfriend’s sandwich wrong, but we ate it anyway. We went for breakfast…”the doctor” was fantastic, despite being such a basic meal. The only real issue with this place is the tight corners and navigating the inside. If you’re looking for a quiet coffee shop, this isn’t it. It’s well worth it to grab and go, however. Much recommend.

Best coffee spot for miles. Great spot for grabbing a coffee and walking around downtown Hamilton, or settling in on their patio for a chat with a friend. I love their Nutty Irishman frozen! Decent decaf for my hubby too
