Super cool coffee shop! The old building is absolutely charming and worth it to sit down and relax a bit. I only had a mocha, but it was excellent. The staff were attentive, patient, and courteous. I really enjoyed my time there and will be back soon!

Employees are nice and swift.
The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. This would be a good place to have a business meeting, or bring your laptop and get some work done. There is an upstairs to hang out and sit at as well, which makes it really unique and different.

The staff and atmosphere alone are worth stopping in for! They were all genuinely SO kind and welcoming that they could have given me a cup of dish water and I would have been satisfied, lol! But with that being said, my big group was accommodated nicely and all of our food and drinks were very good! I got a pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious! They even did some cute doodles on our cups!
I will definitely stop in next time I find myself in the area. The shop is absolutely adorable and right in the heart of town! One of my favorite stops I’ve ever made!

Visiting from Florida & love trying out new places. This shop looks like a house turned into a coffee shop. Super cute!! Iced caramel latte was good! Very welcoming. Cashier super friendly. I went inside, but they have a drive through too!

I had a London fog and a cranberry almond scone. It was quite busy but service was quick and prices reasonable. The drink was delicious but the scone was just ok. I sat upstairs and knitted for a couple of hours. It was peaceful and quiet but I would have loved a cozy chair or something more comfortable than a hard booth or church pew. Still I will be going back when I need to get out of the house and work.

I had a delicious Sunday morning breakfast from here with my friends. The coffee was delicious and each cup had a different design drawn on it. The food hit DIFFERENT, I am still daydreaming about my sandwich. The vibes inside were very cool, I imagine it’s a great spot to study or catch up with friends when it’s not a busy weekend morning. Also, the scrooge McDuck painting was awesome haha! To top it all off, every staff member I interacted was very personable and friendly.

Cute is an understatement!! :3 This place is adorable and RICH with character, art, and soul. The upstairs is my favorite part! They have a huge variety of seating options. The food is outstanding. I got the Loch Ness monster which is a turkey with lettuce tomato and mayo on a delicious thick (I’m not sure exact type but it was thick like sourdough-esque). I got the strawberry smoothie recommended by the extremely kind and pleasant staff. This place is beautiful. :))

A party of 16 first thing on a Saturday morning can be quite overwhelming but True West handled it like champs! Their breakfast sandwiches were delicious and the coffee drinks were phenomenal! The parfaits were a little small though, just sayin. It was decorated so well with fun artwork everywhere. Highly recommend this super cute coffee shop!

I went through the drive thru and the service was super quick! I loved my frappe, coffee was so good. When I was at miami for college, I loved going here with friends on the weekends. I love going upstairs and getting work done. I remember the food being okay. This is the best coffee shop in Hamilton!!
