This place is truly dog-friendly! We felt very welcome from the start. The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive. Our dogs even got some chicken, which was such a sweet gesture. The ramen was delicious, the restaurant was spotless, and the food came out really fast. Plus, the adorable pup Dale will gladly keep you company while you enjoy your meal — such a charming little companion! I also loved the little corner where they take photos of dogs and hang them up — a fun gallery of furry friends. Highly recommend, both for the food and the warm, pet-friendly atmosphere!

Walking down Hollywood Boulevard, craving sushi, we stumbled into Shin Sushi & Beer—and let me tell you, this spot did not disappoint.

I went for the Hollywood Roll and WOW… the sauce, the crisp on the salmon, the texture—absolutely elegant. It literally melts in your mouth. I haven’t had sushi hit like that in a long time.

The drive and the walk down the Hollywood Boulevard were worth every second just to sit down and enjoy some of the finest, freshest rolls in LA. Great atmosphere funny server the hospitality that recommendations was so far out of out of this world.

Pro tip: They’ve got a deal right now—buy one roll, get the next half off. Can’t beat that.

If you’re ever in the area, go check out my boy Tim at Shin Sushi & Beer. 10/10 recommend.

Shin Hollywood is one of my most favorite restaurants of all time. I live local and have been a customer for several years. Five stars every single time.

The place has style, charm, grace – oh, and incredible sushi and ramen. The lovely owner, Tim, grew-up in Japan and is at the top of his game.

My ‘go to’ dish is the Fire Ramen with tofu, mushrooms, spinach, avocado, plus optional extras such as fresh garlic, shredded ginger, cherry tomatoes and broccoli. Not forgetting the luscious green tea and spicy garlic edamame on the side.

Don’t hesitate, and don’t be swayed by the small location. It’s absolutely terrific and punches well above its weight. Awesome.

Amazing sushi and a super futuristic vibe! ✨ Everything felt so professional yet fun. I even had a clumsy moment spilling my sake while pouring but that just made it more memorable! ✨
