Gentleman who made the food (white, sleeve of tattoos with a cool spiral pattern around his elbow) was amazing! He was at the front and assisted with our drinks when we had no idea what to do as it’s our first time. The shorter, young, lady who had full lashes was FaceTiming on her phone half the time we were sat and we first asked her for our drinks, didn’t ask what size, got us smalls, then the gentleman asked us if we had been helped. We explained we got large drinks but the lady was helping us and we were wondering where the fountain machine was. He had to correct her and she honestly looked irritated she got the wrong size but never asked us what size in the first place. She was doing great staying busy with cleaning; however, customer service was lacking today. The gentleman then fixed the spicy BBQ that was out, made orders, and took orders and was doing good. He asked how the food was and encouraged us to do the survey. He was amazing! Overall, great experience but wished more meat was in stock

Dani and Nubia are the best here at true Texas BBQ I come here all the time for lunch and every time I come to eat they are very helpful and respectful they always make sure everything is on point the manager Nubia always ask how the food was and makes sure my order is always right also the lady at the front that takes the orders Dani is always respectful and helpful she know her customers well she always remembers my name and order and she always has a slime on her face they both deserve a raise big time

The small beans portion is never filled up. Its been two weeks since my last visit and they only had spicy sauce. Today they only have spicy sauce again.

The brisket is amazing. I get sandwiches for my crew once a month from this location and they are always awesome. If you are planning a large order like I do call them the day before to make sure they have enough food on hand. The El Jefe sandwich is the best.

Order lunch for my staff like usual through Favor. Ordered 7 chopped brisket baked potatoes with the fixings. Received 7 Plain Baked Potatoes, a box of butter, and two bags of shredded. Potatoes were not made and there was no meat provided. Called restaurant and they were not able to anything about today but they would be able to tomorrow. They did not care that they provided make your own baked potatoes without the meat!!
