Usually we have a good experience with this place but man… tonight was brutal. Whoever was working tonight needs to get re-trained. Food was awful from top to bottom. Usually they give generous portions but tonight was anything but.

Even though it wasn’t listed, it looked like cheddar cheese in there. The dressing, not even close to the same. I was a bit disappointed but I will give them another try. Hopefully, it will get better the longer they’re there.

Nice place for grab and go meals, deserts & dressings as well as hot carry out! Most of the meals take 10-25mins to prepare (depending on how busy they are) they also have lunch specials available (not for online ordering)! Come check them out (I highly recommend the breadsticks)

Growing up in Brighton, I have many fond memories of ordering food at that location. I was delighted when the Walled Lake location opened as it’s much closer to where I live now. However, my experiences here have not been great. My main point of contention is that the breadsticks are just off… usually under-seasoned and always texturally wrong. I can’t understand why theirs come out so different if all locations are supposed to be using the same recipe. We also feel we’ve been shortchanged on the quantity included in the full bags on numerous occasions. I submitted a message to them on Facebook and was ignored, so this is not a sign of a business that is being run well. It doesn’t look as though they respond to Google reviews either. Apparently they’re not looking for feedback.
