Kevin, Brody and Hailey were A+ I was a General Manager of a TxMonthly top 50 BBQ joint so I know BBQ and this crew is A+ they have that high quality mindset. They all deserve some high quality knives as a reward for their excellence. I recommend Wüsthof, Zwilling J.A. Henckels. HEB BBQ should not be this good! They can definitely hang with the elites of TX BBQ.

We stopped by on our way home.. about 4ish.. they were out of a couple things.. other then that bbq was good and one of the employees surprised us with banana pudding… how sweet of him because they were out of what i wanted.. outdoor seating was nice

Wonderful surprise ! Mark and Brody took care of us with spectacular service and food. The prices were more than fair and the food was very good. Everything was done well….just plain good without trying too hard to be some fancy nonsense.

This is HEB’s BBQ restaurant and it is good! I was looking for a place to pick up BBQ. The party pack for 6 is so worth it! I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu and trying to decide what was best for the group. The kiosks were busy for a Sunday night. I put in my order and went into the store to find some necessary items while waiting. By the time I checked out and got back I waited 5 more minutes before they called my name. It comes in a cake looking box with brisket, turkey, sausage, sauce, onions, pickles, four sides (we chose: coleslaw, macaroni, potato salad, and corn) plus a loaf of bread. The brisket was so tender. The turkey and sausage was tasty! Such a great deal for everything offered. I recommend True Texas BBQ and will definitely return!

Such a special gem! A great spot for some solid TX Bbq & sides. Brisket was so tender, flavorful & juicy. Their Peach Cobbler is mouth-watering!! Very impressed! Excellent customer service as they come to check on you & the outside area was clean. HEB consistently just does it right!! Love My HEB!

I got the peach cobbler and brisket sandwich. Absolutely delicious! The peach cobbler was Absolutely mouth watering, and some of the best I’ve had not made at home. Looking forward to trying this place out again. Well worth the price and time to give it a try
