First time trying out this place. Very excited for all the gluten free options and non alcoholic drinks! Our waiter Remy has an amazing energy. We really enjoyed his service. We had the applesauce lemonade, which was very refreshing and tasty. The brussel sprout appetizer was so good. Just delicious flavor bombs. And the butternut squash gf pizza was very unique and tasty. We finished with the gf carrot cake and vanilla marscapone, which was devine. Highly recommend this place.

I have to say, if you’re looking for a healthy restaurant, come here. It’s been difficult finding a spot in Miami that is health conscious, with a nice ambience, AND great prices. I will definitely be coming back. Also, our waiter Remy, what an angel. 10/10 service. My boyfriend and I will gladly come back to try different things from the menu & pay a visit to Remy again!! 🙂

This was my first time visiting True Food and I am very impressed by their service and food selections. I ordered the tulsi tea and found it to be of great quality. The tea bag was premium and the water was not overly hot so I could drink it right away. My server Remy recommended I try the Ancient Grain bowl and wow it was amazing! The flavors come together so well even after I personalized it to have chicken as my protein and no garlic. Which is known as a prominent flavor but the bowl still tasted great. I am actually still enjoying the food right now and I will be finishing it. Thank you Remy, have a blessed Sunday everyone!

The Wild-Caught Tuna Bowl was outstanding, perfectly seasoned tuna, super fresh ingredients, and the regenerative black rice gave it a hearty, flavorful base. You can really taste the quality.
The Chicken Parmesan was delicious and satisfying without feeling heavy — crispy, flavorful, and balanced with fresh mozzarella and sauce.
The Korean Noodle Bowl had incredible depth of flavor. The broth and spices were spot on, and the noodles had the perfect texture.
And the dumplings absolute must-order. Light, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
You can tell they focus on quality ingredients and intentional cooking. Great atmosphere, healthy options that still feel indulgent, and food that leaves you feeling good — not weighed down.
Definitely coming back.

Went here on our vacation after shopping trying something new and healthy. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We did outdoor by the water feature. Had jambalaya pasta, lasagna, peppermint tea, and carrot cake for desert. We loved it all. We’re sad because there is no location were we live (yet). If you go to this location as for the great waiter Remy (the mayor).

I had such an incredible experience at True Food Kitchen in The Falls that I felt inspired to leave this review. The General Manager was absolutely outstanding — the kind of leader every restaurant needs. She was clearly working on her computer but still took the time to personally greet guests, walk around the dining room, and connect with people in the most genuine way. She even came to my table, asked about what I do, and shared how she would love to open a location in Aventura someday (which I sincerely hope happens — please bring True Food Kitchen to Aventura Mall!).
The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the hospitality. You can tell there’s heart and purpose behind everything they do here. It’s rare to find a manager who balances professionalism and warmth so effortlessly.
This visit reminded me what great service and mindful dining should feel like. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience — and to the GM, for leading by example and making guests feel truly seen.
