One word: Dominic! This waiter is the epitome of professionalism and grace. Dominic honestly made the experience overwhelming wonderful. He was truly knowledgeable about the menu and had great feedback. The food for me left a lot to the imagination. I ordered the brisket with truffle fries and garlicky spinach. The spicy bbq sauce was great and had the right hint of spicy and sweet. The brisket is dry and fatty, but it was seasoned well. The spinach didn’t taste very garlicky at all. However, the bread was delicious! I would come again just for Dominic’s service and to try something different on the menu.

Started off with a cocktail, The Flori 75, off of the summer cocktail menu 10 out of 10. Also tried the Midnight Rain, 10 out of 10. The catch of the day was a whitefish and OMG, I’m happy I chose it because my tastebuds had a party. Very well seasoned. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is because the bartender brung our bill while we were still waiting on our dinner. The server Julia did an excellent job with making sure everything was perfect. Will definitely return.

The chef personally came out during my main course to check if everything was to my liking — a great touch. The food was outstanding, and the front of house team was attentive and welcoming. The layout was a bit unique, almost like two restaurants in one, but regardless of where you sit, you can order from either menu, which is a plus.
Bottom line: amazing food, solid service — I’ll definitely be back, and I will recommend to friends!

Visited True Eats & Drinks for the first time as an outing for my Birthday / & Mother’s Day for my Mom. Had passed by this restaurant a few times and always said that I wanted to try it out.
We were able to get seated quickly even though it was a busy holiday and no reservation was made, which was nice. Very nice looking place inside and out, good atmosphere. Our waiter service was very good, thanks Cindy! This place I would say is more upscale than the other restaurants near by, you can tell by the silverware and plates you are served with, and prices (though prices aren’t too steep for this type of eatery) lol.
The food was definitely professionally prepared and worth the price! Didn’t take long to get from ordering to table. I had an off the menu meal (never be scared to ask for something that may not be on the menu, they may just have it!) which was the Chicken Parmesan atop of mashed potatoes, Mom had the off the menu Chicken Alfredo, Dad had the Half Slab of Ribs with Fries and my young niece had the Fried Chicken Strips & Fries from the kids menu. Everything was prepared well and was good. My niece ate all of her food which was surprising to us! The Manager (or owner?) check on our table to see how everything was, which was nice.
I overall, it was a Great first visit to True Eats& Drinks. Would definitely visit again and recommend.

One side caters to the bar crowd, offering a lively, fun atmosphere, while the other side is their main restaurant, focusing on Italian cuisine with a more formal setting. A definite plus is that you can order from both menus, which adds variety but also makes you wonder which side you should actually sit on. The open layout lets you see both vibes at once, which is interesting but a bit confusing when deciding on the experience you want.
Now, onto the food—which was amazing, but the portion sizes were disappointing. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan with mashed potatoes, and while the flavors were great, the portion was incredibly small—just a few spoonfuls of mashed potatoes, which left me feeling unsatisfied. On the other hand, my partner ordered the smoked brisket, and that dish was absolutely phenomenal—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
We also tried the smoked wings from the bar menu, which came with three different sauces. While the wings themselves were solid, the sauces didn’t really complement the chicken, which was a letdown.
Overall, it was a great experience with excellent food, a cool atmosphere, and the option to explore different menus.
