I’ve been a “valued customer” maybe since they created the app. Never had an issue until today. It was nobody but God the reason I didn’t go with my fiancé today because I cannot believe these ppl. I placed my order at 6:46pm here it is 8:00pm and we still have no food. He provided the code and reciept and they played in his face. The app is some bs too bc instead of the actual receipt that they kept crying for, it just show the damn items. He still up there and they just now saying they are making it. 6:46pm yall. So he told them we don’t want the food. This is currently unfolding while I’m on hold wit corporate. Wild. Bout to deactivate that acct and get these employees names because what the hell?????? Seriously? A regular order we always get. For the kids. Not even us. Lmaoooooooo there I was even on the phone running the order down to em. Mind you, I understand it’s Christmas Eve I’m literally in food service too, management. I worked today. And I would have NEVER handled this, this way under any circumstance. Especially when there are other means and ways to fact check and to tell when someone is just scamming you. I mean come on, I’m still writing……it’s 8:15pm he’s still not here I’m still on hold.

The line was a little long when I got there, but I hardly waited. They got me through super fast while being polite and my order was correct. My fries were fresh and my burger was very good (not something I’d normally say about McDonald’s).

I ordered an ice tea with extra ice. When I got to the window to pick it up there wasn’t any ice in it and when I asked the guy said “oh our ice machine is broken” I said how do I get an ” ICE” tea without ice? He laughed and shrugged his shoulders. So tell me why the person who took my order didn’t tell me they didn’t have ice? Worst service ever. Second time in one day trying to get a simple ice tea and 2 different McDonald’s couldn’t get it right. Seriously?!?

I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a drink. Somehow, that order was too complicated and I was handed my drink, and asking to pull into a reserved parking space. After a half an hour I started typing this review. I could understand it if I was driving a 16 passenger van. But this kind of wait for two sandwiches, while larger orders received their food and left is ridiculous and incompetent.

Just happened again. Employee gave me some speel about the cook time of chicken, which it is true that chicken takes longer than beef. But why don’t I have to sit and watch a half a dozen orders getting served at literally any other drive through ever?

I’ve been coming to this one for quite a while, like 8-9 years. In the past this was one of the better ones. In recent times, last year or so it’s went down hill very fast. I haven’t interacted with one person that’s personal which is the norm this day in age sadly. The food is hit or miss if it’s going to be good. The drinks absolutely suck. I’ve included a picture of my last medium iced caramel macchiato. Yes this is exactly how it was handed to me lid and all. If I were you I’d try the one on Nederland Ave. You should have a better experience there.

Order a fish sandwich it tastes very bad the fish was cold taste like it was sitting in a warmer to long try to call to let them know they never answer the phone . It’s so sad that people really don’t care how they prepare your food. Food cost too much to be getting something that you don’t even want to eat because it taste so bad. McDonald employees really need to be retrain on how to cook and have good customer service.

Great place to eat no matter the negative I experience with the tenders from the workers they need to change the grease but its always a pleasure to eat at McDonalds my grandkids love Miky Dees we call it lol! just wish they kept the play ground
