The burger itself was a disaster half of the chicken was raw and undercooked, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. On top of that, the fries were mixed with raw, uncooked ones.
Overall, the food quality and customer service were extremely poor. I totally do not recommend this place to anyone.
Meal came without fries even though it clearly notes served with fries.
Server was rude and clearly noted that I needed to order fries as a $2 extra. This was to upgrade to cheese fries.
Expensive ands really poor staff.
On top of that, the order wasn’t prepared correctly. I specifically asked for no arugula, yet it still came with it. The burger was supposed to have a bacon onion jam, but instead I just got plain caramelized onions. To make matters worse, the cheese wasn’t even melted.
Overall, it was a shockingly poor experience from start to finish.
People waited endlessly; several customers gave up and left after 30 minutes because they had planes to catch. My own order (just chicken tenders and fries!) took 25 minutes, and when it finally arrived, it felt like the staff were moving in slow motion on purpose.
The supposed manager? He stood there watching the chaos unfold, doing absolutely nothing. The whole scene was so absurd it eventually made me laugh.
I didn’t expect much from an airport fast food spot, but this was next-level disorganization. If you value your time or your sanity, just don’t go there.
Dont spend Your money here. Was better off remaining hungry. 0 stars
I waited 25 mins for a burger and fries. Obviously the options around are not fantastic, but at least the other food is probably timely. I was waiting alongside about 15 other customers for 25 mins, while the employees were shouting at each other and playing on their phones and moving slowly in the back. I saw a family leave without their food because they had to make their flight – I guess they presumed ordering 30 minutes before their flight would be safe, but not at True Burger. The food once it arrives is fine, normal fast food, although my burger bun was cold. $20 for a burger and fries with a 25 min wait time is not it.
I saw some customers ahead of me, asking for packets of salt and pepper, but I thought they were just being weird. Little did I know that I should have also grabbed some before leaving.
I only give this to stars instead of one because the chicken tenders were pretty good. I mean you can’t really screw those up. But the burger was absolutely flavorless. Even with onions, lettuce, pickles and relish. You have to cover it in sauce to get any flavor.
Beers are expensive, but they’re cold and good.
I’d come back here.
