The most noticeable thing about this Five Guys location today was how nasty the floor was everywhere. I was the only customer eating inside and I had to find a clean table at 4:06 PM. Now, maybe they’ve been really busy since it’s right before Christmas. This is not a normal thing but not only did it need sweeping everywhere, a mop would’ve been fantastic also. Unless I’m imagining things, the little fries used to be packed full in the bag, but today was just a regular serving cooked two crispy and maybe greasy? I can’t really tell what the exact problem was since they were so dark. Hopefully it won’t be this nasty the next time I come or it might be my last.

Great customer service. Placed an order online and picked up but a burger was missing when we got home. I know this kind of stuff happens but wanted to let them know to be more careful because one of us didn’t get to eat. The General Manager responded to me personally very quickly and made sure to let us know we were valued customers.

No wait. Arrived about 1pm after Church. Burgers were delicious. My 6yr old grandson loved his full size cheeseburger, he ate the entire burger also loved the fries. My mom (very picky) also loved her burger and fries. I was shocked. My cheeseburger was prepared exactly as ordered with extra raw onion. New Favorite Burger Place.❣️ The young man at front was so nice, had a beautiful smile. Talk about Great Customer Service……!!!!!! The other young men were a TEAM and Worked as a Team. I was very impressed. Kudos to the Manager whom also worked along with his team. Very nice to see. Hope to see you soon. We will be back. GOD BLESS THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

The place, service and food are really good. My husband had a plain cheeseburger and I had a cheese bacon dog. The hot dog was incredible, I added mayo and lettuce and it was delicious. My husband ordered his burger plain because he wanted to really savour the meat and we both agreed it was of great quality but, by itself, it tasted just ok, not amazing. However, this is just our personal opinion, we really liked it and loved the amount of fries they offer and the free peanuts.

This is one of my favorite places to grab a burger in Lexington. They only sell burgers, hot dogs, and fries. My wife loves their fries, but I don’t particularly care for them. They usually load you up when you order their fries. A small order typically would be enough for two people. It’s always fun to mess with the newer cashiers by pointing to the sign and ordering something that they don’t serve like chili cheese fries. Sometimes they have to stop and think to see if a new menu item had become available. The menu is simple, but service is usually really fast. There are occasions where you might experience a line to order, typically in the early evening. However, don’t be fooled by the line and leave. It runs pretty fast. They even offer roasted peanuts to munch on while you wait for your food which typically isn’t that long. My only complaint is that they don’t offer more comfortable chairs to sit on while you dine-in.

What can I say. I wanted a burger and fries. Five guys has the best fries. Their burgers are quite good as well. It was a busy time of the day and had to wait a few minutes, but it was still faster than I expected going in. Staff was super friendly. Order was accurate
