What also sets them apart is the experience. The branding in the store is exceptional, and it’s a beautiful restaurant to sit in. Beyond the fresh food, they have a massive selection of merchandise, accessories, rubs, and even a freezer wall stocked with frozen meats to take home. Knowing they ship all over North America is a huge plus for sending gifts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic, high-quality Texas BBQ
The design and layout of the store are absolutely impeccable. You could really feel the care put into each aesthetic choice. I was surprised it wasn’t an already established business or franchise because the marketing and branding were styled so well!
Best of all, the owner was a kind, generous host — very bright like the sun, even at closing time.
May Allah continue to bless their business. Ameen! It’s great to have such a stellar halal option in Sienna.
Now, let’s talk about the brisket. Oh my goodness, it’s out of this world! They smoke it for a whopping 18 hours, and you can totally taste the love and patience that goes into it. Each bite is so tender and packed with flavor—it practically melts in your mouth. The seasoning is just right, enhancing the rich taste of the meat without taking away from it.
But that’s not all! They also have a fantastic selection of frozen meals you can grab and take home, which is perfect for those nights when you want something delicious without the hassle. Plus, their variety of sauces and honey is incredible—definitely worth trying out.
We even snagged a T-shirt as a souvenir to remember our amazing experience. Honestly, we wish they had one of these gems in California because it’s quickly become one of our favorite places to eat. If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t be disappointed!
A big shoutout to Geries, who was so friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service that makes you feel at home. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone who loves good BBQ!
What really makes it special is that it’s not just a BBQ spot, they also have a market where you can buy fresh meats, potato salad, zaatar, chips, and unique drinks. The selection is impressive and everything is beautifully displayed.
And the branding? Just stunning! Every detail from the packaging to the decor shows real care and creativity. You can tell they take pride in everything they do.
If you’re anywhere nearby, definitely stop by TruBoy BBQ — it’s 100% worth it!
and now for the food I went with the Chopped Brisket Sandwich with Beef Tallow Fries. The sandwich was just perfect, fresh bun, flavorful sauce and a very generous portion of brisket. and for the fries which were fresh and crispy. overall enjoyed the food, do want to try the paratha and the melt next time.

My interaction with the person at the register felt somewhat awkward. He didn’t greet or acknowledge me right away, even though I was standing directly in front of him, and when I asked questions about the menu, he often avoided eye contact, which made the exchange uncomfortable.
I ordered the brisket sandwich with mac and cheese as an add-on. The total came to around $19, which felt a bit steep. The sandwich itself was good—they only added a small amount of sauce, but thankfully there was a bottle of sauce on each table, and the sauce was really good.
The mac and cheese lacked presentation, but the flavor profile was there. My only complaint was that the noodles were mushy. If they weren’t overcooked, it would be a solid mac and cheese.
The owner (I believe he is the owner) was friendly and appreciative of everyone who walked into the establishment. I would give this place another try, but only if I were in the mood for a sandwich. The menu is very limited, which makes sense now since it’s intended to be a fast-casual dining spot.
