I’d been wanting to check out Tiny Pine for months and finally made it in last night to celebrate my birthday. I had high expectations, yet it managed to surpass them. Our waitress, Genevieve was delightful, the ambience (watching the snow fall outside as we cozily dined inside) was magical, and the food – OMG THE FOOD! Absolutely everything we ordered was incredible. The flavor of the cauliflower app was out of this world. My steak was PERFECTLY cooked, and my husband’s branzino was incredibly flavorful. The cocktails and wine were delicious as well, and we managed to snag the last slice of carrot cake for dessert, which was the perfect cherry on top to an incredible evening!! It’s certainly not in our budget to come often, though the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of the food and service. We already can’t wait to come back – especially to check out the tiki bar out back in the summer! Thank you for being such a gem in the valley!!

What a gem, and find! Went back 3 times since my first visit on one vacation. Killer atmosphere inside, & at the outside Tiki Bar. The owners are incredibly gracious. The chef is wildly creative & talented. The staff are wonderful, & so welcoming. Above all, ALL of the food is out of this world, truly. The Gobi-Manchurian cauliflower is a must, but lots of incredibly delicious choices! One of my new favorites and can’t wait to return!

I was just traveling through and hoping for the best. The small quaint restaurant was packed but they offered to reserve seats at the bar for dinner for us. We ended up being offered that, several tables and a private enclosed porch. We had a warm, picturesque private meal on the porch. Inside was lovely but it was quiet outside. The cocktails were to die for and the food was fresh, likely local and perfectly made. Definitely sneak them into your visit to the Aspen area.

Small town, big experience. Such a great find. This restaurant located in downtown Carbondale is super quaint and adorable. The service was wonderful and the food is exceptional. Make a reservation if you want an intimate meal. We sat at the bar and had fun socializing with the bartender and other locals. We ordered the kale salad, polenta appetizer and Chicken parm, which can feed a family of four! It’s a must!

Tiny Pine is DELICIOUS! All the food and pasta are made from scratch and artistically made. We got the duck and rib appetizers with the Beef & Mushroom ragú, fried chicken biscuit, and spaghetti. All of them were wonderful. I love the small house feel and patio.

Poor service with 5 minute waits between serving of each person’s entree (party of 3, first diner’s entree was served, then 5 minutes for the next diner’s entree, then 5 minutes for the last to be served). Told we had to order the entire meal at once, instead of appetizers and then entrees, for no apparent reason since it wasn’t busy. $6 for a glass of unsweetened tea, the refill was also $6 (charge for refill not mentioned by server) for a total of $24 of unsweetened tea! Wow!
The food itself and the presentation were both good, but mediocre service and the ridiculous cost of the iced tea (mostly ice, BTW) made this a subpar experience.

Our favorite restaurant! We decided to use this location for our Rehearsal Dinner and they knocked it out of the park! The staff, service, and food was beyond amazing. We love Tiny Pine and will continue to recommend the #1 restaurant in Carbondale!

Lovely restaurant with a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was delicious. As for drinks, their pear cocktail is one of the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant is very expensive, however, I believe it is worth the experience and I would certainly come back again for a special occasion!
