$12 soda if you want a refill. Then $10 for a small mac and cheese barely any cheese on it. Kids menu does not have chicken fingers. You got to pay $16 for two chicken fingers. All food comes with attitude from the crew at the register. We asked them one question and got a rude answer. They do not want to be there one could easily tell. The restaurant quit selling $4.99 kids souvenir cups with soda. Please avoid this place if you can. Find another place. Our lunch cost us $49 for fries a drink and mac and ceese, salad. (4/19/24)

Food was mediocre. The Mac and cheese was cold and flavorless. The burger and fries were pretty good though. Main issue is cleanliness. The forks and knives were very disgusting so I asked for disposables which they didn’t have (understandable being a zoo and all) but the employees didn’t seem to care about the condition of the silverware.

We’ve visited this place three times, so this review is not based on a single experience but on a consistent pattern. Each time, we ordered different dishes to give it a fair chance and see if we could find something enjoyable.
Unfortunately, every visit was disappointing. The food was consistently overly salty, over-spiced, and extremely overpriced for the quality. We tried both higher-priced items and more basic options, and none of them were flavorful or worth the cost.
Based on our repeated experiences, this has been one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had, and we will not be returning. We also do not recommend this place for families, as it is expensive and not kid-friendly in terms of taste or value.

Came here with a family of 8, 2 separate orders spent $100+ on food to be told we can’t customize our food because the chef will get mad. Ordered a cheese burger and didn’t receive any cheese, asked for them to just throw a piece of cheese on it and the chef wouldn’t. I had to get a refund and re order to add cheese. I would have paid for the damn cheese if they would have just put it on the burger. The chef is arrogant and unprofessional. I could tell he was making the staffs job hard because they were hesitant to go to him about something as simple as cheese. He definitely should not be working in a family environment like the zoo ♀️.

I ordered their shareable fries+burger dish and it was hands down one of the worst food I have ever had in my life. It cost me $14.5 and I threw most away. I am someone that never waste any food.

Not very expensive, especially for being one of the only places to get food within the zoo. They have burgers, chicken tenders, hot dogs, corndogs, chili dogs, fries, pretzels, and a few sandwich and salad options like a portobello sandwich. Sweet tea, water, sodas and slushies. I was happy with the variety of choices, and the fries are really good. You can sit inside and eat, but there are also lovely covered tables outside as well.

2 drinks, 2 burgers with fries, 1 bbq sandwich with fries, and 2 chicken strips with fries for only $85 and a 34 minute wait after ordering at the overly klunky kiosk interface that had no line. Food so salty as to be nearly inedible. The fries were inedible. No refills on $6 drinks. Service person at the counter was nice but distant. Place was clean and cool, but definitely not worth it at half the price even with realizing that you’re inside a theme park confined place where the food will be overpriced and low quality.

While we were waiting for 30 minutes for the food, they set off every alarm to come get food. After that chaos, when we got our food that cost waaaaaaaay more than it should, not only was it ice cold, but it was no better than hospital food. Will NEVER eat there again and I highly recommend waiting until you leave the zoo to go eat.
