Everything was absolutely delicious, we ordered-Black Truffle Fries, Masubi, and pork belly skewers! Bar tender was so friendly and inviting!!

That’s when we stumbled upon Tropics Cocktail Bar, and what a delightful discovery it turned out to be! As we stepped inside, the vibrant atmosphere immediately enveloped us, setting the perfect tone for an evening of relaxation and indulgence.
Our server, Nicole, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and engaging conversation that made us feel right at home. Her recommendations were spot-on, showcasing her extensive knowledge of the menu. She suggested we try their signature Filipino chesestic, and I can honestly say it was one of the best culinary decisions we’ve ever made. Each bite was a heavenly experience, the cheese delightfully melting in our mouths, creating a rich and savory sensation that left us wanting more.
But the culinary adventure didn’t stop there! Next up were the chili lime fries, which were a glorious blend of zesty, salty, and spicy flavors. The seasoning was just perfect, the tang of lime paired wonderfully with the heat from the chili, elevating these fries to a whole new level of deliciousness. We couldn’t get enough, and we found ourselves reminiscing about our beach day while indulging in these delightful snacks.
To make the evening even more special, we decided to sample the Baller whiskey. It may not be a traditional Japanese whiskey, it is beautifully Japanese-inspired and aged in authentic Japanese casks. This unique finishing process imparted a smoothness and complexity that was simply divine. Each sip felt like a mini celebration, and we enjoyed the playful garnish of eyes added by the staff, whimsically scattered around the bar, adding a touch of fun to the experience.

We came here after the beach and sat outside to eat and Sasha was awesome! She provided great service and made sure we were able to enjoy and relax.
She told us about the Chile lime fries that taste like Mexican street corn and we fell in love!
Their food was unique, delicious and flavorful!
We also came back later in the night to enjoy the music.

Wowww!!! I love love this place! The atmosphere is so fun and open. Almost gives you a boho feel, making it feel really clean. Its right on the beach so it nice to lookout, see the people and watch the sunset lol. The servers are all fun, which makes the place fun. And the food is amazing! The have a select menu of a few things but what they do have, is made well. I had the wings with the lime chili fries and was 12/10. Perfect place for for a beach day and drinks. Will def be returning:)

Omggggg this food. These drinks. The service. All top notch. Some of the absolute best I’ve had. Not just in Cocoa. The drinks were strong and tasty, the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. We had the Caribbean jerk wings and the chile lime fries. The service (Louis) was excellent and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for a great experience here.

Reviews seem inflated from reality or these tourists are easily impressed. The food is alright. The chicken wings were bad – don’t get these. The sliders seemed a bit gritty. The cocktails I guess were strong but they ain’t no specially crafted beverage they just whip it out of the slushy machine. Their Filipino cheesesticks have nothing Filipino about them, I’m Filipino so I can speak on this.

Just love this bar, not only because of its excellent cocktail program, with hand made, beach themed, beautiful and delicious drinks, but because it brings a new awareness to cocktails on the beach! Beach locations can make great cocktails, and people are looking for em. In this new era of dining I feel people are looking for a little more from their dining experience and a great food or liquor program gives them this.. Still offering great frozen drinks and fun beach rum cocktails just stepping it up. Good Job Tropics!

Tropics does a fantastic job of combining the service and drink selection of a high end cocktail bar with the beach vibes you’d expect at a location so close to the ocean.
By night, Tropics becomes a sleek place to dance and have a nice drink with great DJs and lively people from both in and out of town.

After passing by this usually full beach bar for years, with the summer crowd now gone, we decided to stop and check it out. After talking with Katie behind the bar, she told Gary to make me a rum-runner and I watched as Gary carefully and skillfully poured various and what seemed like many different liquors and juices into a glass. I took it outside and we sat at a little table with the glorious beach breezes and then… Oh my! Gary’s rum-runner was probably the very best rum punch I ever had! Wow!
