Great selection of beers. Food was not good. Ordered North Shore Garlic Shrimp. Menu said 16-20 shrimp. Came with 7. See attached pics. Was very dry breaded shrimp with no sauce and a huge pile of white rice. My wife ordered the Crispy Garlic Oyster sauce shrimp appetizer which was $8 less and the same as mine but without the rice and Mac and cheese. She had a bit of Oyster sauce sprinkled on hers but was still very dry. Not sure what the rice was for. I couldn’t eat a large pile of dry white rice. There was no sauce or anything with it. The Mac and Cheese was good. Waitress forgot my wife’s drink which is fine and happens. For the price much better options around.

We stopped in for Happy Hour around 2pm and ordered the Pork Nachos, Buffalo Wings, Kung Pao edamame, Mai Tais and Moscow Mules. We were seated immediately, our drinks arrived within 5 minutes and our food in less than 10 minutes. The nachos and edamame were delicious and the wings were a standout. The MaiTai was stellar and the Moscow Mule was excellent. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. We loved the beautiful views and the chill vibes. The food and drinks absolutely hit the spot. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!

After a beach day we were looking for easy comfortable dinner with a Pub like atmosphere close to our accommodations. The Tropics Ale House was great. Happy Hour menu had great prices and tasty offers, cheeseburgers sliders and pulled pork sliders fly out of the kitchen.

The fish tacos sound and looked really good, however this fish had no flavor and was mush, one star. My wife’s burger was 2 out of 5 stars.

Wen there because of the notes of truffle fries and also the nachos. Drinks were good, but food…. no. My nachos were soggy, and meat was cold. Don’t know if the have the meat in a warmer but if they did its definitely not working. Tried to tell them this and all they cared about was taking 11 bucks off. OK that’s fine but fix what’s going on before serving soggy cold nachos. My drink my mixed up but at that point I didn’t care. We didn’t even see our waitress, as to where the bar tender took our order. Than she came to apologize which I understand but than after that never saw anyone besides the gentleman who was in a black and blue shirt who asked if everything was OK. Before I could even say anything after my husband talked he walked away. They just don’t seem to care which is upsetting. I used to work the scene, they had 3 tables in total with ours included so not like they are busy. But to save some others some time I wouldn’t go unless you plan on being disappointed and than the workers not care at all. Like your a problem to them for being there. 60 bucks later and just in shock. Not worth it. Needs to be on the bar rescue show for the owners sake.

In a land of pricey poor food fare, this place is a comforting bright light. All menu items prepared in house with imaginative flavor combinations, generous, portions, and quite beautifully presented. Great drinks adds to the truly enjoyable atmosphere. Fantastic attention to customer service. Coming back tommorrow to have that sizzling steak plate!

These poor guys were working their butt off. I think this establishment is a tad understaffed at the moment… but everyone working was definitely hustling to make sure everyone had what they needed. The food was great, I loved the sour beer (not a ton of places I went to on the island had a sour, so I was happy about that), and they even had live music while we were there! I don’t remember the name of who was playing but she did an amazing job!
