Picked up a delicious & refreshing halo halo yesterday.
Checked their Facebook for the day’s menu & had to get lunch today. I ordered a whole container of pancit, and a 2 item combo filled with veggies, sisig & lumpia. Everything was flavorful. I added photos, I forgot to take a photo of my pancit & lumpia before digging in.
I’ve never had a bad experience from eating their food. The staff and owners are so nice and personable.

Good cooked food. But the place is not too well lit. They could do better with a fresh paint in the main store. Also be more friendly and gracious to clients will boost sales I believe. Good choices of basic Filipino goods.

They have hot food here and it is AMAZING!!!! They also have so many Asian products seen on YouTube. Def bringing kids here next time. This spot is a hidden gem! The food is fresh warm delicious the place is clean, neat, and the people there are very friendly. I do not agree with the previous reviews and if you don’t visit this place you’re truly missing out…… I’m not a friend nor do I know the people there, I’m just a first time customer genuinely pleased with my experience.

The store is under new management and new owners who, are way much friendlier and great customer service. So far, so good. Hoping that they will exceed the quality of service by the previous owner. I like it that they resumed cleaning fishes if requested and fry them for you for a minimal fee.

Good day! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. On July 06,2021, Some customers shared their feedback that they were served contaminated food at our restaurant. This is the first time we’ve had a complaint regarding the quality of our restaurant in our five years of business. Also, it was our first time receiving a negative review. Therefore, it is surprising at the same time alarming.
We at Tropicana Asian Market value food quality and safety above all else, therefore we were astonished and dismayed to find that some of our customers had contracted food illness after dining with us. I sincerely apologize on behalf of everyone at Tropicana Asian Market for this unfortunate incident. Rest assured that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure that this will never happen again. We are also investigating this matter if these people were telling the truth. If it is proven that the food we served was contaminated, we will take responsibility. But, if it is proven that they are just defaming our restaurant they will incur punishment.
We wish you a swift recovery and hope that we’ll have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

The store is hot, same in the kitchen. No wonder people gets food poison, it’s probably because they don’t maintain proper food temperature. The Department of Health need to intervene, to check cleanliness, food temperature, and proper food handling. The owner is so boastful, however, the staff are friendly and nice. But seriously, I hope you guys called Department of Health!

I used to get food here a lot but when the food started getting really salty and the selection started going down I chose to go elsewhere, especially when they yelled at one of my family members for asking if they were going to have more selections brought out other than the few they had on display since it was only 3pm in the afternoon. They told him if he doesn’t like what they have that he can get out and that they do not need to serve him. Not the best customer service in my book.
