We go here occasionally and we’ve always had a pretty good experience. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Though the staff seems to rotate in and out.
The bathrooms are pretty clean. The eating area is kinda small, but I never not gotten a table.
Overall a nice quick eats place.

The new owner’s, husband and wife are warm and friendly. They have their subway the way it should be. Stock with lots of choices and making you feel welcomed. I’m thankful for their kindness and attention to detail. My experience there was 100% positive. It’s a pleasure to receive a meal I’m happy with. Thanks to the owners.

I come to this Subway at least five times a month. Normally the staff is very nice and happy to get me whatever I want. Today was different though, there was a lady working there who I’m pretty sure was the manager helping me make my sandwich. She started off by telling me that her toaster was down so whatever I ordered could not be toasted… I was mad but I was starving so I made the sandwich anyway. I told her I wanted a spicy Italian 6 inch sandwich which is the sandwich of the day. She gave me a little bit of every single ingredient in my sandwich. I asked for more cheese and I was told I had to pay extra because that’s the only amount that comes on my sandwich. Then she tries to charge me for a 6 inch not being the sandwich of the day she had to void the whole transaction and pay me the difference of what she owed me but if I never said anything I wouldn’t of got my money back. She was rude and seemed that she did not enjoy her job. FYI if you don’t like your job then go find a new one!

I’ve been to this Subway regularly for a while and have only had good experiences. The staff are friendly and quick without rushing you. The place is always clean and the food is well stocked. Seems like they get new options in pretty regularly too.

I absolutely LOVE coming to this subway. It is always clean (yes the restrooms too 🙂 ) and the staff are always friendly, the food always tastes fresh and delicious. Once I began coming to this location it has become difficult for me to eat at another subway; I wish they were all like Albrightsville. I highly recommend this subway!

I go here regularly, and have always had a great experience. Place is always clean. The staff are very friendly, and attentive. Lots of choices, and great sandwiches made well! Recommend highly!!!

Horrible customer service from Manager (owner’s son). Didn’t want to honor Subway coupons for two totally separate transactions and raised his voice when suggested to be more customer service oriented. Told me technically he didn’t have to accept the coupons at all. Nice way to address to paying customers.

Was living in poconos for a couple of days with my friends and went to this subway to get a quick bite but had a horrible experience. One of workers (Old white lady) was extremely racist. When we were ordering food she was extremely rude and was legit yelling at us. Like “hey come over here, your food is here”. Not a smile a nothing, just a huge grumpy race and dirty looks. As soon as a white person came in, she was extremely nice. She was courteous and welcoming. Asked everyone how their day was and was smiling and actually making food properly. Living in 2017, it’s kinda absurd that you can’t even expect a huge fast food chain like subway to not be racist. Would not recommend going if you’re not white.
