I’ve been twice and left both times. Terrible customer service composed of 1-2 teenagers who like to chat with their friends in line and neglect all other paying customers. They need at least one adult in there. I love tropical snow but twenty minutes in and the line never moving is not worth it at all. Absolutely ridiculous. Ten out of ten do not recommend unless the line is nonexistent.

I just tried to go to this place to try for the first time and a couple was in front of me and a gentleman behind me. It was my turn to order and it was 4:40pm and I was asked to wait until 5pm for 1 snow cone because her shift was over at 5pm. I said actually very politely “oh okay, no thank you though” and walked to my car because I didn’t have time to wait 20 minutes and was nice about it but then she served the guy behind me in line and I left anyways.

I usually love this place. We stopped by today and my son brought mine to the car to me. After finding out that the employees weren’t wearing face masks I threw mine out. My age and health put me in the high risk group for COVID 19. I’m not willing to put my health or life at risk for a nice cold treat.
