The people here are friendly enough, however i think the owner of this place needs new ice cream machines. I’ve been here at least 5 times and the ice cream is clearly not being kept cold enough, it is already half melted when it’s served to you. I’ve been to many dairy queens and this particular one has really bad icecream.

Seriously the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The front girl was very sweet but the rest of the employees were obviously unhappy. My burger came out literally soaked in oil and soggy and extremely hot. The burger smelled like chemicals and was disgusting. They have no onion rings or plastic forks. They don’t even have the deals available that they are supposed to. Very disappointed that I paid $8 for something literally inedible. This isn’t a staffing issue either. There were plenty of employees they just all seem unhappy and don’t care what they give to people.
On top of it all…I think I also got food poisoning. Instant stomach pains and not feeling well at all. Would not recommend…

So much for their posted hours. Hours clearly say lobby is open yet at 3:20 on a Friday afternoon they refused to serve me. Told me I could “walk through” the drive through. My oil was being changed nearby so could not drive through. Employee also lied and said she was the only one there but I could see at least one other person inside.

Went today could hear them blasting music it was so loud could hear through the drive thru speaker. They allow the teenagers to show up to work in slippers and sweat pants. Which is a safety risk and so unprofessional.

After a long motorcycle ride from lunch at the Heyday Inn in downtown Wellington, the Minden DQ was welcome sight. The three of us had tasty milkshakes.

Ice cream is still great. However you will receive rude and incompetent customer service! Take out or dining in! They act like they are miserable and guaranteed your order will be messed up! Not just once but every time! I told my grandson we cannot afford the high prices and they are very rude. No wonder the tables are empty!

While I did come through the drive thru 5 mins before close, it was only for a sundae. There was enough caramel for 2 sundaes. Ordinarily I appreciate a little extra, but it was a mess and wasn’t appetizing.

We usually do not frequent fast-food businesses. However, this DQ is THE BOMB! We’ve only used the drive-thru. The burgers and fries were nice and HOT the way we like them! If you want a quick tasty burger, the DQ is the place!

This place never has Bannanas for Bannana splits there either bad or they are out of them especially 3 days in a row is completely ridiculous!! And on top of all that they close early at nights..
