20250319 I stopped here for my usual chia banana boost smoothie. A couple of weeks ago, it was pretty good. Today, it tasted watery. I might just have to go out of my way and go to the Centreville Rd location and have Jose make my smoothie. Very disappointing that this location lacks consistency.
20230414 So excited there is one on my way to work. Just opened pretty recently. Visited this location for the first time and ordered my usual chia banana boost with strawberry. It doesn’t taste as good as when Jose at Centreville Herndon location. I can’t taste the dates, which I love in this smoothie. Not sure why the taste is a bit off. I might have to continue to go off route and have Jose continue to make my smoothie. I ordered via the app and love that I can tip on the app when placing my order.

I love this tropical smoothie! This is the best one out of the few in the area – the staff is awesome, the store has a nice layout and is always clean – the employees do everything right, even when super busy. Tropical smoothie itself is the best in general, though; I recommend the kiwi quencher!!

Came here for Grand Opening. I didn’t see any grand opening specials or giveaways, but they did advertise their opening on our community’s Facebook page.
My loyalty code didn’t scan at the register, so they said I could scan the bar code. I did so but it said it already scanned, so hopefully I got the points after all.
There were about 6 people in the store at 4:30p on a Saturday, and it took approximately 16 minutes for my smoothie to come up. A few customers were comparing cup labels and trying to read the service queue on the monitor because people got the wrong drinks and service was particularly slow with 4 people behind the counter. But hopefully these types of kinks will be ironed out in the weeks to come.

WOW now only did Tropical Smoothies devalue their points by 70% for a free smoothie (700 points to now over 1200) but they opened this fairly new location with staffing but bad service. My wife and I ordered 2 smoothies and after 5 people behind us were served asked the manager what happened? They forgot.

Best place for quick, good smoothies and acaí bowls. The staff are always super nice and welcoming, and the smoothies are amazing. There are tons of options and you can add protein and other add-ons if you’d like. Clean bathrooms too, and when my order got mixed up they offered to fix it and were super nice about it. Definitely recommend if you love healthy smoothies.

Tropical Smoothie Herndon (Franklin Farm) is my favorite trosmo to go to. The manager, Adam is always so great and helpful. They are super quick with making the smoothies, I was in and out with 4 smoothies in less than 5 minutes. Clean place, great atmosphere. Thanks for making my morning meals super easy!!

I usually love Tropicana Smoothie Cafe, today I stopped by to get the Protein Bowl, I got the peanut Butter Sandwich ( witch was horrible), when I told him, instead of apologizing for his mistake, he wanted me to pay more.

Wow! Did not know they had such amazing food. Came in for a smoothie. Ended up trying a wrap too and it was delicious. The service was fast. The restaurant was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back and recommending to my friends.
