This is the best smoothie king in the area I get smoothie king a lot and been to the all the ones in 20 mile radius and this one is my favorite! I been to others were the bowls are watery and they still serve it, (rome and acworth) these bowls are always at good temperature!

Gave this place a 1 star. Walked in today, was just floored at what I saw and immediately turned around and walked out. They had people working in the ceiling pulling multiple ceiling tiles out of the ceiling and moving them around and had absolutely nothing covering all the open containers of food, powders, etc. The reason this bothers me sooo bad is I am a contractor we install and demo these ceilings. I personally know how much dust and debris from the tiles comes off and floats around when being taken out and moved around. And more than likely not only the first time they ever did that. After seeing that and them not seeming to be bothered much at all when I told them I can’t believe they didn’t cover that stuff, I will never step foot into this store again.

This store doesn’t honor the free upsize friday. Got an angel food 32oz and banana boat 32oz shouldve costed the price of the 20oz $7.29 for each but was charged $8.29 for each. Thats not a free upsize friday, that’s a $1 upsize. False advertising. Smoothies were good though and girl that made them was nice.

NO RESPECT! Had my first Gen Z customer service encounter. Walked up to the counter and a young male employee started doing stuff on the screen but never once acknowledged that my husband and I were there. We stood there for almost ten minutes while he had his back against the wall just staring, never acknowledging us, so I assumed we were waiting on another employee to make smoothies. Finally, my husband goes, “Can we order?” and he says, “Yeah.”
After he made our smoothies, he placed them down and never said a name or anything. Not once acknowledged us. I asked the lady, “Is that our smoothies?” and she said, “Yeah.” I literally said, “Does he not talk?” Hahaha. Wow. Horrible customer service.
It is really troubling how some Gen Z’s are impacting the quality of customer service. The fact that an employee can stand there for ten minutes without even acknowledging you yet act like you are the one in the wrong is insane. I finally understood all those Facebook videos making fun of Gen Z’s. All I could do was laugh.

If it’s not the owner or the guy I usually see (wears glasses, super nice) it seems there’s a 50/50 chance my smoothies are correct when mobile ordering. I order vegan smoothies unless I’m getting one for my kid, and if there are dates in the ingredients then alway say “no dates, sub strawberries”. I’ve gotten a vegan mixed berry where the employee didn’t even put blueberries, I’ve had the “sub strawberries” completely looked over. Well today, I had that issue. My vegan espresso no dates sub strawberries in fact had no strawberries. I had it remade only for it to now not have any espresso. I just took the drink and left as I was now running late. Yes, it’s still a good smoothie but still lacking the whole reason for ordering which is the espresso. I wish mobile orders were looked over thoroughly. I really like the smoothies when made correctly, I just never know when that will be.
