I’ve been here several times, I am always satisfied with my order even if the wait is a little long. Today, @3:50pm, I was so disappointed to receive my order of sunrise sunset smoothie 🙁 It was a little half way filled. I asked the server “Did you give me the right size of my order?” She just answered “It spilled and walked away”. This was the first time that ever happened to me! That feeling of paying the exact amount and getting way less.

I must say everything was very delicious .

I HAD A WITNESS ON THE PHONE LISTING THE ENTIRE TIME .AND VIDEO THE MANAGER ROLLING HER EYES AS I WAS TALKING TO THE CASHIER…SO TODAY AT 10:40 AM I WENT to tropical smoothie Café as I always do when I’m in Maryland working I always order my Açaí berry bowl with bananas only and honey on the side first the cashier was charging me for the banana I explained to her that I do not get anything else on the bowl just banana and honey on the side ….she said ok I get it then she the cashier proceeded to make my bowl she started cutting my banana and touch her head set as she took a drive thru order she did it twice I asked her to change the banana the girl gave me a new banana but neva changed her gloves we debated about it the manager came and rudely rip another banana out and was giving me a drop of honey I told her that I am always given a side of honey she then rudely said its it’s I. 2 or something drops she told me I was loud and to leave her store and she would call the cops on me IS IT A CRIME TO BE LOUD I DID NOT USED PROFANITY I DID NOT THREATEN ANYONE I WAS JUST CONCERNED ABOUT FOOD I WAS EATING AND THE PRICE I WAS PAYING ???? IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS BLACK YES I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BY TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE IN ELKTON MD SO SAD IF I HAD THE OPTION YO GIVE NO STARS THEY WOULD GET NONE !!!!!!!!!! Placed an order twice and both times my order was messed up and sloppy looking!! The first order was missing blueberries from my chia bowl!!! And the second order I paid for extra fruit and ONLY received blueberries and it looks eaten out of! Disgusting!! Tried uploading a pic but it’s not allowing me to!

This was one of the worst tasting smoothies I have ever had. We were extremely disappointed for 11 dollars a person these should have been amazing. Wawa sells a smoothie that taste 100 times better for a fraction of the price. The fruit didn’t taste fresh at all, was sour and tasted out of date. We will never order from here again

I’ve been here several times now, and it has always been delicious. Have not tried any of the bowls yet, but have several smoothies and the breakfast quesadilla; so far you can do no wrong with anything on the menu. The staff is super friendly too!
