Not enough anything on my sandwich I had a coupon I said I had a coupon and the order was made I get to the cashier we do not except it online only $32 for 3 sandwich the coupon would of been $19 I now go to Columbus near to Arby’s and I get my money worth with or without coupon never going back to Macon location

This place was a little poor in my opinion. The two ladies were not wearing their masks appropriately. They were out of chicken for chicken bacon ranch and had to use a full slice of chicken for it… Out of steak for steak and cheese… Out of meatballs for meatball subs… Out of wheat bread… And you had to use cash instead of cards.

I went and had to wait over 30 minutes just to order with only 3 people in front of us. My friends went to mcdonalds right beside it and had time to order, eat, and wait in the car before we were even able to order. The guy had to ask to clarify after every single part of the order. He could not have been any slower. Did not apologize for the wait. He was also fanning away flies from above the food while asking us what we’d like to eat.

Never more than one person making subs no matter what time of day I go in!! DM sitting there while 10 people or more wait in line at 12:45 pm today. It took 30 minutes to get my food and then there were no lids for the large drinks. ( They looked for me so it wasn’t just empty. ) She was also fanning away flies as she was making our food. There’s always a new person working that doesn’t know the menu so I have to tell them what goes on my sandwich. The only reason I gave two stars is because the girl working didn’t lose her cool and was polite despite no help. This store needs a serious makeover. There’s not a lot of places to eat in our small town.
