I don’t know why is it so hard to get a sandwich at subway the way you ask they make sandwich with barely meet and when you Ask for Extra they count 4 strips of onion that they peel apart the stripes actually 2and so on the sandwich comes to $12 but nothing was extra I pay for a sandwich with the amount they feel is right when I am eating it and paying for it….. Well now I go to firehouse Subs definitely get my money worth

Took a break for a while from here and decided to order lunch today. Ordered 1 Black Forest ham wrap with spinach, onion, pickles and ect
1 chicken onion teriyaki wrap same scenario and asked for it to be warmed … get there to pick up and girl was rude and said we don’t have any spinach for the sandwich, I said that was fine !
Get back to office and omg it was on flatbread and not warmed up no cheese on one and it’s horrible
Don’t have time to bring anything back but need to do better . $18 for this

Ordered the hero sub. Employee didn’t want to put 2x cheese on the sandwich like it says on the board. Not her fault tho, said her manager trained her that it doesn’t mean 2x cheese, it just means 2 pieces of cheese for a 6in or 4 for foot long. Extra charge for extra cheese tho. It literally says 2x on the menu, the universal verbiage for extra. Eat subway all the time, at every other one 2x means extra cheese. It’s included in the price, right there on the menu. I just said forget it I’m sorry halfway thru making the sub and left because we were somewhat arguing about what 2 times means, but I was mainly just baffled lol. I kind of feel bad because I’m in the restaurant industry as well so I get it, can have unruling customers, but that’s not what this was. I was polite, but come on, it literally says it right on the menu. Not the employee fault, manager trained her wrong, and the owner trained the manager wrong.

This place was a little poor in my opinion. The two ladies were not wearing their masks appropriately. They were out of chicken for chicken bacon ranch and had to use a full slice of chicken for it… Out of steak for steak and cheese… Out of meatballs for meatball subs… Out of wheat bread… And you had to use cash instead of cards.

The staff needs training in working efficiently together to move folks through the line. Making folks wait after their food is prepared while 3 more customers’ food is prepared means customers will stop visiting your franchise.

Customer service was terrible. Employees were a group of kids playing & joking with younger customers and not attentive.Flys were in the restaurant and it was hot as if the ac unit was broken.

Food was good. Hadn’t ate at Subway in a few years. Shocked that a footlong sub cost me $11. Service was good, dining area was clean. Everything was fine. Just wish the prices were more reasonable.
