I have never been so disappointed over a smoothie. This is the second time I have ordered the same smoothie and both times were sad. The Avocolada was terribly blended with chunks of fruit and ice. I had to go home and add more flavor and blend more. Second time, I asked for a better blend and sure it’s blended, but The color is not vibrant and it is tasteless like pure ice. Surprise location 1 star out of 10. Arrowhead location 8 out of 10. Gilbert location 10 out of 10. I know what a good Avocolada smoothie is. It isn’t here sadly.

I like there products my only issue is the staff, everytime I have gone there they don’t have very good customer service. They just seem very annoyed that you placed an order. Just thought from the first time I went that mayb someone was having a bad day and that’s why they seemed like they hate there job but now I know it’s just the way they treat there customers. Will try a different location hopefully they are better with Cistomer service.

Ordered via app for pickup at 8:10 am. Arrive and the store was still not open for the day. Open sign on. Music on. Door locked. No smoothie. Please do better.

I tried knocking on the door, I know they saw me arrive and heard me knocking, I don’t want to believe they ignored me, but they did.

Love their smoothies!
My daughter’s love the food.
However, we all did an acai bowl trip and they were all frozen. I dont understand why they wouldn’t blend the frozen acai to make it smooth bowl you can eat?
We brought them home and we couldn’t eat as it was a frozen block of ice with fruit on it. I was disappointed considering we paid $40 for all 3 with peanut butter on them. It’s also advertises “peanut butter drizzle”, but it’s not drizzled, there is just a clump or spoonful put in the bowl for $1.50 each bowl. Yikes!
I hate to compare, but go down the street to Nektar if you want a more satifying acai bowls. But I will continue getting smoothies here!

There was a small delay in service as the employees were performing an inventory when I walked in. However, they were very polite and apologized for the wait. The smoothie was extremely excellent!!!

This place is so slow. Constantly have lines and waiting for 20 mins for orders because one person only is every working. Its ridiculous.

Came during happy hour, as I had done the previous week. Was told at the drive thru speaker that they haven’t done happy hour for 1 year. Pulled around to the window and asked if they could maybe ring up a smoothie to see if the system still has it set up because I had one a week ago. Was told they haven’t had happy hour for 2 years now. Was handed the three cheese chicken quesadilla. Opened it to see that I was given a plain tortilla basically because half of it is missing the cheese and chicken. Disappointing.
