Ordered a peanut butter crunch bowl. Was very much peanut butter and very little crunch. Was like eating straight peanut butter from a jar. We asked to PURCHASE a scoop of chocolate protein powder to mix in it. The employee stated she needed to ask a manager. Manager stated “we are not allowed to do that” while turning to an employee stickering a bag and rudely bit her head off “that is not what your training video said to do!” The employee who took our order was great and friendly. Management sucks and treats them poorly.

Not the greatest.I was so disappointed because in montrose they have a place called the Root that has such fresh of everything that they serve like this tropical place.
I got a ACAI BOWL with old bananas, the Acai was so frozen ..barely any blueberries and asked for extra peanut butter and they put it on top and then put a lid on the bowl.
And every bit of that peanut butter stuck to that lid.
Also got some sort of breakfast wrap that barely had anything on it as well and for the money It’s just not worth it to be so disappointed. Unfortunately, won’t be back.I was so excited for this place when it went in.Because I thought that I would get the same quality that I do at the root.

Customer services was great, the store was clean but my oats bowl with berries was extremely sweet! It defeats the purpose. If I wanted something wildly sweet I would’ve visited the shop next door.

I came on the first day it open and multiple times afterwards at different times. The employees are super patient and friendly. I’ve walked in and both registers were being occupied. The customers were elderly couples and the way I see how your young staff assist them makes me very happy. My husband and I ended up ordering on the app so we didn’t have to wait or make it seem we’re in the rush. All I have to say is thank you for the great service.

So bomb! I ordered the Bahama Mama smoothie, which I customized with Splenda instead of the regular sugar. I’m so glad they offer this option because regular sugar would have been too much for me. The smoothie was delicious!
I also got a Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was still really good.
My pick-up order was ready when I got there, so I was able to leave quickly. I’ll definitely be back to this place again!
