The guy working the front counter with all the tattoos had a horrible attitude from the start. When I ordered, he gave me a bad look and continued to have a horrible attitude. He almost acted like he was angry. I ordered one smoothie. If the staff can’t handle one person ordering one smoothie in an empty store without making the customer feel uncomfortable and acting annoyed, I don’t really know what to say. It was just very childish. I also was not approached or asked what I would like to order — I had to get their attention. This was honestly one of the weirdest experiences I’ve had at a food service place, and I felt like I needed to say something.

we ordered two things, one was the new cali breakfast flatbread and i got the southwest wrap (in the pic) and neither of them were correct to what the menu says….they were both suppose to have egg and neither of them did. it was very odd, i understand this place is new and people are still learning but i don’t know how i got chicken and spinach and a lil sauce in my southwest wrap.

I come almost every Monday and Friday to get my peanut butter cup smoothie, normally the service is fast but the chick whose name is Latiana is terrible with customer service. She also never gives me my receipt. When I’m the only one in line, it’ll take her MONTHS to answer. Mind you I come around 7:30am. The store is barely opening up. I had to call the store to make sure they were open and still MONTHS to answer

Super weird experience today, walked in 12/17 around 3:45pm and there was no staff… I called out a few times and the place was empty but unlocked and the lights were on. Stayed in there for a couple minutes and had to look for my pick up order behind the counter (so sorry if you see the cameras) but what the heck??????

I absolutely love tropical smoothie. I have never had a bad one until tonight. This location is horrible. The smoothie was filled with frozen fruit and ice chunks. The service was bad. Bad enough that I felt like I needed to leave a review. ( I usually only leave good ones). I drove 10 minutes out of my way ( in rush hour traffic) for that.

To window and they quickly moved out of sight into the back area and ignored me. This was on July 7,2025. If I owned this place I would look to see who was working and have a little chat about how a business stays in business. For a business with 2.5 stars average yelp I would be thinking about something called customer service.

Had big deal boise gift certificates and the person at the till was not properly trained to accept them. Rather than make them waste to smoothies that they had already made, had to pay cash instead. The smoothie was not well blended and contained a lot of ice compared to fruit, making the flavors a bit dull and hard to get up the straw with large chunks of fruit getting stuck in the regular sized straw.

My peanut butter cup smoothie was really good, and I would definitely get it again, but the service wasn’t great. The girl who helped us didn’t have great people skills at all. I think her name was Sienna or Sierra. Anyway, being kind goes a long ways.
