Usually it’s pretty quick and simple with this place. Order on the app, go in any pick it up. Easy. Yesterday’s visit was absolutely terrible. I ordered my drink with no sugar and we could very clearly tell it had sugar in it. It was way sweeter than normal. I asked for them to be remade, only to have the “manager” refuse to remake them and then try to gaslight me, saying she made them herself and she is sure she didn’t put sugar. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just for the drinks to be remade. This lady absolutely refused to make it right. I’m getting a refund from corporate added to my account, but all of this could’ve been avoided by just remaking the drinks. From previous reviews, it looks like this is a pattern of behavior from this particular manager. Here’s customer service 101, lady. If a customer asks for something to be redone, just do it. Is that $20 coming directly or of your pocket? No. Accidents happen. But when they do, be humble and make it right.

Was told I could pay cash instead. Went back to my car to get cash. Returned… only to be told they can’t take cash either. Plot twist.
When I showed the manager a bank transaction proving we had already paid $40, I asked if they could simply give us one smoothie to resolve the issue. Her response? She hung up the phone.
Called back to ask how to escalate the issue and get a regional manager’s contact. I was told she is the highest manager. When I asked how to escalate beyond that, I was told to use the SMS system. When I asked how to access it, I was told to “look it up on the internet yourself.”
Outstanding hospitality.
No customer recovery skills. No conflict resolution. No accountability. Still no resolution, just two charges and zero smoothies.
If you’re craving frustration with a side of sarcasm, this is your spot. Otherwise, I’d suggest going literally anywhere else.

The general manager tells me this is not burnt. I received three quesadillas that look like this. They only refund one….she already had my quesadilla replaced and fixed before I arrived…who fixes a quesadilla before a person even come to the store perhaps she probably spit in it or did some special sauce on it… you going to make my things in front of my face or refund me I’m a loyal customer come there all the time and her face is known I’ll be contacting the business bureau on you and you don’t have to worry about my business anymore if I can give a zero star, I will define burnt and look at pics if that’s how they come then why isn’t it on the menu like that?

We had a reward on the app for a free smoothie. It says it expires on 12-21-25. The employee VERY rudely said, “We’re not doing that. ” I pointed out that it says it expires on the 21st and it is currently the 20th. The employee very rudely said, no, you can’t get it. One of the employees was understanding, and she was the one helping us, but the rude one jumped in and very abruptly denied us from using our reward. She made our first visit here very unpleasant.

Last night was my first time going to any Tropical Smoothie. I got the Beach Bum smoothie and the Chicken Caeser wrap, and an apple on the side which came out to $13.64. Everything was delicious! The place was clean and bright, and the girl at the counter was polite and helpful. She made a few suggestions since it was my first time in. They might need to invest in some more outdoor furniture since it looks like this is going to become a popular hangout spot!

Waiting on my smoothie and was witness to something that was hard to digest. It’s hard to believe that they wouldn’t have the basic human decency to allow a delivery driver with an order at their establishment (making them money) use their restroom unless she ordered something herself. You’d have to be the most callous type of individual to deny something like that. I think I’ll find another place in the future.

Nearing the lunching hour we had a craving for something both delicious and refreshing. We had heard of Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but not had any experience in their delicious ways.
Upon entering the facility you would have seen our mouths agape had they not been covered by our covid masks. Super delicious smoothies AND wraps! We had thought the food would be sub par, but we were pleasantly surprised!
We ate the Baja chicken and Thai chicken wraps flanked by the Blimey Limey and Watermelon Mojito smoothies. I’m pretty sure the combination of flavors gave my mouth an orgasm.
The service was on point too. Thumbs up, go try it 😉

Came into tropical smoothie at 8:15 to get a acai bowl lady at the front desk was super rude and told me that they do not serve food after 8:30 due to cleaning but they do not close tell 9:00 and I arrived before 8:30 cleaning should be after you close down your shop if regular business hours are until nine, then you serve customers till then Pueblo already shuts down way to early.
