We have just visited around 750 PM and they have kept all the chairs above and there was no option for dine in.
Firstly if there no option of dining available it has to be informed in Google regarding the timings. Inspite of us requesting that we could sit they rejected. We just would have sat for 15 mins probably, I never write bad reviews but with the experience that I had today made me write one.

When DoorDash absolutely screwed the pooch and did not bring us our food, we called the store to make sure everything was okay. A godsend of a human named Lauren literally heard our cry for help, jumped in her car, and flew to our house. She was our knight in shining armor. She basically saved my whole family and fed us our rations through our 11am famish. Lauren needs 1 million dollars, a full ride scholarship to Harvard, and the keys to the city.

We’re crazy about Tropical Smoothie Cafe. You could just go there for the smoothies, but the best deals are in the ‘pair and save’ menu to add a delicious wrap, sandwich, salad, flatbread or ‘Dilla. There are great breakfast options to pair and save.

I went here to try their smoothies and I have to say the berry smoothie is by far the best one in my opinion it’s a so good ! Service was quick. The staff was really nice. I will definitely be going back from time to time. The GM Jackie is really welcoming and attentive. Guys the BERRY is the BEST one!

It was 8:40 pm and the sign in the front said opened and the site said it closes at 9 pm. I walked in to get a smoothie and the guy at the front said “ we aren’t taking orders” I would understand if the time was like 8:59, but was infact not. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I normally love this place and the smoothies are delicious. I wanted just a simple smoothie.
