Lack-luster experience. Two employees working and seemed like ordering food was an inconvenience for them. Nobody else in restaurant during prime time lunch hour. Food was okay. Crab rangoons rock hard. They need to work on some customer service skills. restaurant was clean and presentation of food nice.

I was excited when I saw this place was opening close to home. The kotatsu ramen I ordered was presented nicely, and the broth was rich and flavorful. The ramen noodles themselves didn’t really taste like hand made noodles but it was still a very delicious bowl for the price. Despite the delicious meal there is small drawbacks.

First time trying Nora and I’m extremely dissappointed, quite frankly scared ill wake up with food poisoning. Ordered the malaysian noodles and the shrimp was spoiled, to the point it permeated the dish with a foul smell. The shrimp texture was mushy and you could tell it was old. Ordered some ramen, it was ok. Ordered some springrolls, undercooked and mushy on the inside. The fried rice was greasy and bland. As for the staff, had 4 employees, one on the wok doing most of the work, another guy jumping back and forth between the register and making sushi. The other two employees weren’t doing much. For being being a franchise, sure didn’t seem like one. Employees were not in uniform, which may be ok, but their clothes did not present a clean appearance. What Caught my attention was one was wearing slippers (or sandals) and the other two their pants were below the waistline exposing their underwear. Having an open kitchen concept I would hope more attention would be paid to appearances.

This is our second time ordering from NoRa in El Mirage and we absolutely love it!! The food is made fresh and the flavors are unbelievable delicious. We’ve had the Shrimp Pad Thai, the Shrimp Chow Fun, and the Salmon Bowl and they were able to make it spicy for us. The portions are very generous, its definitely an excellent value. I’ve been telling all of our family/friends about it. Thank you to the staff for making food fresh and delicious

Workers were inconvenienced by our order. Restaurant was a mess but workers were on their phone. They didnt know ingredients becauae they showed me it was premade frozen. ordered one thing…got home and it was wrong. Too expensive for a bad experience.
