First Impression:
This place has been my ride-or-die healthy bowl spot in Austin for a long time now. Whether it’s breakfast, post-workout or a mid-day refuel this place always hits the spot—no drama, just good vibes and good food.
Food & Drinks:
At this point, I don’t even need a menu—I walk in knowing exactly what I want. My top regulars are:
• PB Protein Crunch
• Chia Oatmeal Pudding
• Spinach Feta & Pesto Wrap
Recently, I also tried their freshly baked chocolate chip cookie and OMG—soft in the middle, slightly crispy on the edges and legit bakery-quality. It was a sweet little upgrade to my usual healthy order.
Overall, everything tastes clean, fresh, and feels good on the gut.
Service & Ambience:
The staff is consistently friendly, polite, and quick. The place is clean, cheerful, and colorful with a positive vibe that makes you want to sit back and enjoy your bowl in peace.

Went here for first time on a promotion fromin T-Mobile. I was totally blown away by how absolutely wonderful in every way this place is. I had a mango smoothie and spinach and feta breakfast thing. Both were very delicious. My spouse had an Acai bowl with Nutella and honey and an all American breakfast “dilla”. OMG that Acai bowl drizzled with honey and Nutella was about the most wonderful and delicious thing I have ever put in my mouth!! I told him this must be what you eat in heaven because it was out of this wtorld delicious!! I have never tried a breakfast bowl before but I will definitely be returning there to have another and bring my granddaughters too so they can experience the delicious items they serve. The employees were friendly and kind. If I could give this place 20 stars I would. It was a totally great experience to eat there. I highly recommend this place and highly recommend the Acai breakfast bowl drizzled with honey and Nutella. Mango smoothie absolutely delicious also.

The place is great, Shaun, Zack, and Maya are fantastic. They are always professionals
They make the orders right and the smoothies taste great. Which is not always the case, since the other people are newer so I don’t expect the level of caliber and quality I get from Shaun, Zack, and Maya.
When I walk in and I see Shaun, amd the gang. I know.my food and smoothies will be 20 out of 10.

First time coming here. We ordered Thai chicken and buffalo chicken wraps replaced with plant based protein and two bags of side chips and Baja mama smoothie.
To make a quick conclusion, plant based protein was quite bad. We didn’t like it at all and we couldn’t finish it although we were starving but what saved us was Baja mama smoothie! In comparison to wraps, it was very good!
I honestly think that they should work on plant based protein to make it more delicious (I know they can do it cuz other places do it).
Hope they improve on those!

Tropical smoothie Café is my favorite smoothie chain. There’s not a ton of seating inside, but I have always been able to find somewhere to set. I like açai smoothies, and there’s is the best. I’m not a huge fan of the banana though so I always have them just substitute more açai for the banana. The service is excellent and fast and they can substitute whatever you want from any of their smoothie recipes. I wish they were open a little bit later, but later in the day, they don’t have that many customers.

Great! Great quality! Fresh AND tastes great! The flat “bread”, and quesadilla is perfect soft crunchy texture. Best I’ve ever had. Smoothies are on the light side so you don’t feel bloated. Haven’t had bad food or bad service. And quick! Consistently GREAT!
