Very disappointed as the quality and service at this location has reached an all time low. Stop by for a quick bite before starting my 2nd job, and ordered a jerk chicken wrap. Was handed my bag, said thank you, DID NOT get a thank or any greeting back from the cashier. I opened the bag, started to take a bite, and the tortilla is not warm or toasted and the CHICKEN WAS ICE COLD. Cheese was not melted either. Rice tasted frozen. C’mom guys.. This is not acceptable. Please do better. Never coming back to this location. I regret my meal and time I wasted here. This location is awful.

Hi, I’m a regular customer here. I came through the drive through today and asked for my drink to be double blended Jordan, who was assistant in the drive through advise me if I get my drink double blended. It will be watering. However, this is something that I do every single time without fail or error Jordan goes back and comes back with my drink with a attitude. I’m i’m trying to understand if I’m spending my money. Why was she having attitude? Please remove her from your drive through very poor customer service. and attitude.

I go here 3 to 4 times a week and Mehnaz always make me feel like a valued customer. She makes it easy for me to get my order and always acknowledge me by name. She is very polite and has great customer service. I would definitely recommend this location. My smoothie and breakfast meals always come out perfect

It’s great to have some healthy choices near. I got the Island Green Smoothie which was delicious. The young lady taking my order was really nice as well. But once I got home to eat my buffalo chicken wrap…I noticed they gave me the wrong order. I did call and the young lady said if I bring the receipt and the wrap they would make the right one. I went the next day and the made the buffalo chicken wrap for me. But they didn’t apologize or offer anything for my inconvenience.

This is this first time I tried this location and i was very disappointed in the Bahama Mama smoothie. I was very bland not sweet in the slightly way and was very icy almost like a slushy. I’ve gone to other locations and the smoothie was always great. Will not be back to this store

Let me start by saying most locations are excellent but this location is so cheap with the serving size. Thier smoothie bowl is Literally half the portion size of other locations!

They labeled our smoothies incorrectly & my daughter who has a severe peanut allergy had an anaphylactic emergency. The mgr Fena took responsibility for the mistake, the employee Jalyssa poured the wrong smoothie in the cups that were already labeled & did not double check. The owner Andy called us back immediately & seemed to care but said he’d remake our drinks & that it’s not the 1st time it’s happened to someone….terrifying to know this. This seems incredibly irresponsible & unsafe. We repeatedly tried to contact the restaurant since with no answer or response. We also submitted a complaint to their corporate (twice) & all of the info was given with the expectation of a return call or email to us but no response yet. Sadly it seems this location (Rosenberg), the owner & the company DO NOT care about their customers. We are so grateful our 24 yr old daughter is alive but for 20 mins on May 9, 2024 we did not know if she would be ok. We are traumatized & so hurt by their lack of care. An apology would have been all we expected then but now with an $7,500 hospital bill this feels extremely unfair due to it being their negligence!!! My daughter told them of her allergy & the employee said yes it’s correct (her smoothie label was correct) & when she took a sip & immediately knew & asked again the employee said oh no, it’s the wrong drink!!!
