I ordered a Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap and paid extra for jerk sauce. I unwrapped it and it appeared like they put nothing on it, not even the regular amount. It was so dry and bland. If you go down to someone else’s review from a year ago you can see her wrap looks prepared perfectly the sauce is obviously there. Where do you see the sauce on mine? Nowhere to be seen. They use to make them thicker too, so disappointing.

I come here every so often because my husband works in grapevine. Every time it never fails they mess up something. This time I spent $51 and 1.)they got the chips wrong …. Okay no big deal swap them out. Then I get to my husbands job check the bag 2.)they gave no forks to eat the salads…. And 3.) the smoothies are NOT blended at all. I got the tropicada idk exactly what it’s called but they’re still chunks of pineapple in this and ice. So I’m eating ice & pineapple every sip because they didnt blend it correctly. Spending 51$ I’d expect more honestly. It just never fails with this location of something missing or not being right. And they weren’t even busy I was the only one in line.

I come here a lot and I always am kind because I’m also in the service industry as well. I get the same bowl and always pay extra for extra Nutella. I always make sure to check and see if they did it because I paid for it right? So the last 2 times I’ve had to ask go get more and this last time they said they put it under the granola ….. that’s fine but I paid for extra like more than the average amount is what that means and I paid for it it’s not like I’m asking for it for free.. the employee was a male 5’6 had a lot of hair pretty long but it was put up with converse on. After they wouldn’t give me anymore I said ok and as I’m leaving I hear him start talking about me so I’m writing this because I don’t see the problem with giving me what I paid for and I’m never rude to you so there should be no reason to not give the services or be kind .. He definitely needs to be put back in training or fired.

I always have a great experience at this Grapevine Smoothie King! The staff is super friendly joyful and always in a good mood and welcoming every time I stop by. The smoothies are always fresh, tasty, and hit the spot — especially on a hot day. I also love how many choices they have; it’s easy to find something that fits whatever I’m in the mood for. Great people, great smoothies, great vibe all around! Love this place and the owner supports Ladies Sports at Grapevine High School which always love it… Thank you ….

HOLY CRAP I AM TRULY AMAZED. I was expecting nothing out of this place but kept seeing them pop up everywhere so thought I would try it out. The food is so healthy, the chicken and lettuce is fresh and tastes like good quality, super fast service, and the smoothie was literally the best I’ve ever had. This will become a regular spot for me.

Good smoothies, friendly people, only downside is they didn’t recognize legal tender currency. I’m that guy who likes to pay with liberty dollars, they looked confused, talked it over with their manager and then said they couldn’t accept them. I even told them it was legal tender and showed them a different coin which was a Susan B Anthony. Eventually I just paid cash which I checked to make sure they accepted and everything else was great. FYI, love the drive thru option.

The Caribbean jerk chicken wrap is amazing!!! The sweetness and spiciness just goes well together! The service was lacking when I went. The girl didn’t repeat my order or even tell me total at the window. I had to ask for my total. Just not friendly at all but I will continue to go because the wraps are amazing!!!

Courtney, CJ and the staff are Awesome, love this location. You are always greeted by name. And in most instances, your drink is already known by the staff. Courtney is absolutely amazing.And she is just a ball of energy.And professionalism, I love entering when she is there!!
