I placed an online order for a cheese quesadilla and got a burn tortilla with very little cheese. I tried to just eat it without a complaint because I’m hungry before work but it was inedible. I do not have time to go back and get it fixed or go somewhere else for food before work.

I ate there Tuesday, December 8, 2025. Lexi greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my order promptly. My food was at my table in less than five minutes. While I enjoyed my lunch, Lexi was cleaning the store. She is an asset to this location.

We ordered a bowl and a smoothie from the evening shift, the bowl came out amazing, however the smoothie came out chunky and not blended at all. I went in to ask if they could re-blend it or remake it as it was in chunks and Kylie the girl on the smoothie bar said there was nothing they could do and to just “let it melt”.

Tropical is my favorite fast food restaurant I’ve been to many different locations and this one is trash when it comes to the food. Smoothies are good! but the hummus veggie wrap I got today had undercooked rice (the main filler) sour avocado and it was sopping wet took two bites threw my $9 away. This is reoccurring idk why they use bad ingredients so often I also don’t know why I keep going lol!
