I saw another issue with someone getting a bad banana crunch i think there must be some gap in training I was genuinely offended by the way this was done. I thought i didnt tip enough or something.It was a glob of peanut butter barely any honey or any of that like stuff thats normally put on this dish. Like whoever made this hates their job because I didnt do anything to upset the employees. Also this and a smoothie was THIRTEEN dollars. Plus a tip. I do expect it to actually be made properly and taste right.

Over the last 2 weeks I have came to this location twice on my lunch. Both times my orders were wrong, which is disappointing after waiting 10-15 minutes for 2 items. I was offered my first order to be fixed on my next visit for free, I went by and they were out of one of the items. I went today and the food was extremely disappointing. After visiting another tropical smoothie location in okc, it’s really disappointing to see how much better the food and service is elsewhere. It’s really frustrating to consistently have issues with service and food every time I visit this location.

Come here for the smoothies and not the food. Got a sunshine smoothie which was great and better than expected. The bowl and wrap I got were underwhelming. The bowl had almost raw rice, the kind from a boil in bag rice, but missing the cooked part. The wrap was good but had some bites of just chunks of cheese which gave a very off flavor. Pass on the kale salad too, get chips or something. Smoothies are great though, good for a smoothie fix.

I tried the Thai chicken salad and it was amazing. It has just the right level of spice. I ordered a mango magic smoothie and it’s the perfect consistency. Everything is portioned out in good sizes and very well balanced flavors. I love how they customize your order to fit your needs as well while still being healthy!

This has been our favorite lunch place for a while, but I just had to share how great the service is here.
The app was acting up and charged me a few times even but an error:declined message kept appearing. I didn’t want to order again if by some fluke it went through (because I was charged a few times already) so I went to the register to ask, showed them my bank and what the app was doing. It never went thru to their end. I wasn’t too worried about the charges because I knew if the app was just acting up the money would go back into my account since it didnt send to the actual restaurant. It happens and was in no way the restaurant’s fault. I was ready to pay for our order at the register but the manager comped it for the technical issue with the app. Even a few minutes later when my bank recovered the pending charges and the money was back in my account, I told them the money was returned and they still said it was on the house.
This place has fantastic service and the food is great. It’s perfect for after the gym or if you want healthier options. It’s the only “fast food” I can tolerate at the moment while waiting to get my gall bladder out.

This location used to serve the absolutely best smoothies of any location I’ve tried (5-6 of them) and in the last couple of months the service and the smoothies have gone way down hill. A couple of times, I was given whey instead of pea, when I have a dairy allergy, and the smoothies tasted like they were missing a few ingredients without flavor. Today I went and ordered a smoothie, got up to the window and they had the kid serving size made. When I asked why it was that size, the worker told me that’s what I ordered. When I told them I definitely did not (as I wasn’t asked for a size), the shift lead came over and explained they were low on something so had to give me a small one instead. I told them that would have been good to know so I could have ordered something different, they just said “oh sorry” really rudely. This same shift lead is rude most of the time, but especially today. I definitely won’t be back. I used to go a 2-3 times a week to this specific location but it’s now just throwing money down the drain.
