Terrible customer service.. we try to use 2$ coupon and Alvin wanted to argue with us that it took it off and it clearly didn’t. It would show -$2.00 on receipt if coupon worked but he just wanted to argue and not admit he messed up. Use to love this place but won’t be comin back. Couldn’t even get an apology when he finally realized he was wrong after other employees had to show him. Terrible customer service. Sad

I usually only have a tolerable experience at this location. They are never really nice, but they are cordial. But my most recent visit I tried to get a chipotle chicken club as a wrap (which they have done many times) but was told they can’t do that. They didn’t give a reason or try to make it up at all. When I went to a different location I was told they can make that change and the employees were happy to do it. I’m not one to down people that are just trying to do their job but I just don’t understand the inconsistency and rudeness.

A friend of mine showed up with a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe and it looked so good I went to get one myself. My choice was the Peanut Paradise and it was wonderful. I ordered on the app and appreciated all the options to make the order just right. Now I have a happy mouth too!

I love tropical smoothie but this one sucks! I got a Caribbean jerk bowl and something in it is definitely old and bitter I went around 9am the smoothie was pretty good I got the chia banana boost but the food was awful and the lady working there definitely did not want to be there or care to be there. It was not worth the money I paid and I want at least the food refunded.

Rude I have been going here for a while for my açaí bowls and one day they wanted to get me this the açaí is not even filled up and over all was a very eye opening experience and I will not be buying from here again

Order without sugar. It’s good and reasonably priced. Almost everything has A LOT of sugar added. If you are going for a smoothie to be healthy or if you are watching calories, request no sugar. Sugar can add 300-500 extra calories in several of the smoothies. Fruits are sweet enough as they are! I’ve had the Detox Island Green (comes without added sugar), Sunrise, and Avocalada (without sugar or Splenda). They taste great and sweet enough without the added sugar. They offer boosters and add ins. I get the pea protein. I have not tried any of their deli menu. There’s a drive-through available for convenience. I’ve never had to wait long, even when they were super busy. The employees are not as educated about the allergens in their items as I would like. I appreciate that they have this guide available with several allergens listed so you can avoid them if needed.
