The last 2 visits I have had a problem. One of them my order was made incorrectly and the staff was super sweet and fixed it up for me. This last visit I made an online order for pick up I get home and my salad bowl was maybe half full and the chicken quesadilla was burnt. I tried to call but no one answered.

Went through drive through so couldn’t really give any details about atmosphere. Friendly young working the window. Food was hot. Salad was cold. Smoothie was good as it always is.. can’t really complain. It’s not the cheapest place to get a bite to eat but food n service are on par!

I stop by in the evenings now and then. The staff is polite and always apologizes if there is a long wait, but the place is often out of ingredients or short staffed.. Seems like the employees are doing their best, but management isn’t setting them up to succeed. I’ve seen this place in way better shape from last year, GM has changed and it shows.

I don’t want to blame this location. I want to leave a bad review for Topical Smoothie the franchise. Must be the worst franchise in America. Terrible service, long wait times, bad experiences. Oh yeah, and this location especially sucks. Give your money to someone else. Waiting 30 minutes and almost to the window☹️

I have not visited this location in a week or two due to multiple reasons I wish to address. A couple of times when I pull into the drive thru, with my children in the car, mind you, I’m greeted by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke wafting from the back of the building. A man I can only describe as extremely unprofessional, standing right next to the trash cans, puffing away like it’s a break room. Not only is this completely inappropriate for a food service establishment, but it also delays the actual service because heaven forbid someone put out their cigarette before coming to take my order. It usually takes a few extra minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the window when I’m finally ordered at the box, and by the time I’m finally greeted, I’m already questioning my decision to stop in. The man in question, quite frankly gives me the creeps. His appearance is unkempt, his hygiene questionable, sometimes looks “high” and it is absolutely unnerving to be served by someone who looks like they just rolled out of bed without a shower. I don’t want to cause trouble, but I do expect a certain standard from a place that serves food, especially to families.
