Probably the most unappetizing bowl or order I’ve ever received from Chipotle. First, I go in and order a “steak bowl.”
My server proceeds to start my order by asking for which rice and then immediately what meat after I led with steak. Then she scooped the smallest servings of just about everything in the bowl. I thought ordering my food for dine-in and in person would help my portion size, but I felt like I was getting punked because I only asked for light cheese, but I feel like everything was light. Also, once my order was rung up, she had my food next to her, and I had to reach across the counter to grab my bowl. It was weird she didn’t push it across. Also, I love a medium steak from a nice steakhouse, but I swear half the steak in the dish was rare to medium-rare. All my pieces were red with some being gristle and being too tough to chew. The dining experience was lack luster cause the music selection was all over the place lol, and the inside of the establishment needed some tables busted and wiped down.

Never order sour cream from this place! They always pour a gallon of it on your food! It’s disgusting! You open the bowl and it looks like Christmas winter morning!!! This is disgusting, I usually drop good money at this particular location but I’m done! I’m so mad Chipotle why do you over pour sour cream OMG!!!!!

We had ordered a carne asada and a bowl of carnitas, but they put carnitas in both of the bowls which was very frustrating, and it was a little oily. For the second bowl, they had also completely forgot to put on the lettuce

Do not order via the Mobile App at this location. Missing carne asada in my wife’s quesadilla. All sides missing for her quesadilla. Cheese missing from my tacos. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

Worst chipotle location. Take the extra time and go to 86th and Michigan Rd. This location gave me 10 pieces of chicken, I counted, little to no veggies and I ordered extra. Rice was undercooked and barely any was put in the bowl. Don’t give this place your business. Hoping to see this location turn around and get some quality control or shut down.

This is by far the worst Chipotle almost every time I come here. I come at least once a week and the employees have the worst attitudes and are rude. Also, they are always out of food and giving the smallest portions, very different from others in this chain. This is the nearest Chipotle to me but I try to drive and go out of my way to the Lebanon one so I don’t have to walk into this dirty establishment. Please do better.

Every time i go here they are out of stuff and no one is making more??? Only three toppings available at 7:45pm. I would understand if it was right before closing but door says open until 10pm.
