RUDE. NASTY. DISRESPECTFUL. I received a smoothie that had a hole in the cup from a male worker and the smoothie was dripping out all over my car. So I returned to the drive thru and calmly explained why I needed a new one and showed it to the person at the window–this time a female. That blonde female said he is making you another one. I said OK. but let him know so he does not do that again. She BELLOWED, He did not do it on purpose! I said I never thought he did but tell him so the the next person will not have to waste time waiting again. She louder and more nasty then said, I do not have to tell him anything because it was an accident. I said, if it was hot drink and he burned me, it would be an accident but I would still be burned. So to save the next person from a burn, tell him to be careful and check the cup bottoms. She then BELLOWED again, I won’t tell him anything. He is making another one and that should be good enough for you. I said it is absolutely NOT good enough and with your NASTY attitude I have every reason to think you would spit in it! So you can keep it!! Then she rolled her eyes, threw head back, which I hope is on the security cameras and I drive off. And I will be up there tomorrow for the manager, owner or both. I am not even upset with the young man and I was not upset with the young man yesterday. It is HER. that little blonde person and she was out of line and up in arms for nothing.

This is the best Tropcial smoothie I’ve ever been to! The service the food the smoothies I mean everything is super top tier! I’m always greeted so kindly and treated almost like a family member! Trinity is my favorite, every time I go in she greets me with a smile and is always overly friendly and kind. 10/10!!!

Ordered takeout for an event – mix of sandwiches, wraps, chips and kale salads. Food was ready when we arrived to pick up and everyone raved about the sandwiches and wraps! Manager Abby was prompt and courteous! Thank you crew!

This is my new favorite place to go since I’ve had to change my diet and eat much healthier. They have so many good options for fresh food that I can’t get af other places, especially fast food!
I order on the app so I get rewards but can also customize anything I want, order ahead and really see what’s in everything. The service is also very good, they’re always super friendly! When I do order ahead they always put nice notes on my cup- a fun added touch!
My favorite smoothie is their detox island green smoothie – it has no added sugar and is packed with fruit, spinach, kale and ginger. I add the hemp protein and can have a breakfast that is less than 300 calories and is VERY FILLING! That is the only option without a ton of added sugar, so that’s the only downfall there.
Their food is great too – the Thai chicken salad (or wrap) is my absolute favorite and their buffalo chicken wrao is pretty tasty too. I was surprised at how good their food was when I finally tried ir!

Really good smoothies, not so much other stuff. It’s like they don’t know how to do anything but smoothies. My quesadilla is falling out of the box because it was put into the bag with the box opening on the bottom of the bag sideways. Kinda disappointed.

The wrap was so tiny it was like a child’s size. Never have I ever gotten such a small wrap at tropical smoothie before. Hopefully this was just a one time mistake.
