Not fancy but hard working staff.. Nice and polite.. It’s open until 12 midnight most nights .. went there for the first time Monday night Feb 9th… Sometimes some stores seem to have a taste of too much some where on the pizza… This location.. My pizza was delicious all over spent $72 well deserved… Check it out folks… in the middle of movement between uptown and downtown

The app said my pizza was delivered but I never received my pizza. I tried calling the local Domino’s to ask but I was on the line for 30 minutes with no response. By the time they responded, I experienced terrible customer service. No apologies and no trying to resolve the issue. Eventually, the pizza man calls me saying he’ll be there soon but my pizza arrived almost an hour later after it said it was delivered. Terrible service all around.

I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for years, often ordering every week but after tonight, I’m completely disgusted.
I placed a delivery order and was on the phone with the driver, Abdur, who confirmed my address and was clearly parked right outside my building (I saw him on the tracker). While we’re on the phone, he asks if I want to leave a tip. I said sure, and he asked if I wanted to charge it. I told him I had cash.
I sent my daughter down with the cash tip, but suddenly, he’s nowhere to be found. I check the tracker again, and now his car is all the way down the street. I call him back, and he tells me he’s “pulling up.” Fine. But then he actually asks me, “Does your daughter have the cash?” Excuse me? That felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I shouldn’t be interrogated about a tip.
What makes it worse is that just three days ago, I had also tipped in cash and he left before I could give it to him. But this time, he made it awkward and uncomfortable by pressuring me for a tip directly.
As someone who has supported this location regularly, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, worse than cold pizza. Shame on Abdur and shame on Domino’s for allowing that kind of behavior from their driver. Then he sends a text trying to be funny and sarcastic.

Every time we order there seems to be a new problem. Todays pizza looks like it has been flipped a few times and a truck ran over it. Not to mention that the thin crust is anything but crispy. How many more chances should a company get?
