Ok so it depends on who is making your smoothie. The first time we went it was excellent. It was an elderly woman making it for us. The second time we went we ordered the same thing but what we received was definitely not the same thing. The younger chick with dreads who made our smoothie the second time did a terrible job. That’s why I give it 3 stars.

This is the newer location in town and I have stopped by here a couple of times already. The smoothies are good but can get on the expensive side at more than $8 each. The service has always been good and the restaurant is usually clean. It has a drive-thru for convenience but it’s located at a very busy intersection and in front of a busy store so it can be difficult getting out at times.

I usually go for the shakes here when I go shopping in Jonesboro and they’re amazing! My favorite is the Bahama mama. You can do so many add ins, supplements and even sub the sugar for something like Splenda!

Tried a smoothie from here for the first time and it was delicious! I wasn’t sure what I wanted but the cashier(forgot her name) was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. Will definitely come back and try more soon!

My husband ordered 2 veggie hummus wraps today for pickup . And after we came home and opened we realized that the order was so messed up . The dressing we picked was poured like you pour a soup in bowl , but instead of bowl it was poured inside a wrap . The photo I have attached does not even reflect 20% of the dressing that was put in . I grabbed 3 bites and this is what poured out and I had to throw rest of it out because I just couldn’t eat . And we knew it was done intentionally because we tipped just 15%. Our rule of thumb is that we tip 20% when we dine-in and 15% for takeouts .
We called the store manager and he apologized and insisted to make up for it . We did not want another order remade or a refund , so I politely denied . We appreciated the fact that the manager was apologetic and was aware of who had prepared the order and that he would communicate to that person. This experience has definitely discouraged me from ordering from this store despite the willingness of manager to make up for it . Because upon being warned , the person who prepared my order could deliberately sabotage in a not-so-obvious ways that I might not be able to tell , in the future. The fact that people who handle your food can be so grudging just discourages me from ever going here , despite the fact that the store manager was very helpful and willing to make up for the mistake. The attitude and mindset of people preparing your food makes a whole lot of difference . I am not saying that everyone who works here are unprofessional. But my experience ordering today has definitely made me cautious about ordering from this place going forward .

I am so glad this new store is open. Great iconic location. Great food every time I stop in. They have nailed it making my modified smoothie. I’ve experienced it all at this place from dine in to carry-out to drive through. Service has been great! I’ll be coming back many more times.

I went to pickup my smoothie and the lady at the window was on the phone the whole time she waited on me. My smoothie wasn’t blended good at all, I would’ve brung it back but unfortunately I had to be at work. Throughout the entire smoothie I tasted nothing but chunks of ice, if I spend my hard earned money with you I want my stuff to be RIGHT. Talking on the phone while waiting on a customer is RUDE!

Placed an online order. I entered and was instantly greeted by everyone including the manager on duty. It was super clean! I’m glad they put this location here. It’s closer to my job. My food was fresh and didn’t taste thrown together.

I heard one of the workers talking badly about customers, making fun of how they look. Which is ridiculous!! And rude! Food was burnt all at the bottom and my smoothie was like water. Will not be returning or recommending whatsoever.

Love them. I’ve been coming here for years. I remember when the smoothies were 3$-4$ now they’re 9 but that’s everything right. Still worth it. Use their reward program. Well worth the points. The manager is so nice and is doing a great job !
