They started off pretty rocky which is why their rating is low, but they’ve improved dramatically! They have much nicer employees and better wait times. Though I will say as the only healthy fast food restaurant in the area I don’t mind the wait. The food is really good!

I had a terrible experience at tropical smoothie Cafe on 12/27 at 1 pm. The crew working were fighting loudly with each other, threatening each other, and they were cursing each other out. I had difficulty getting help with my pick up and food was left sitting on the counter for a period of time.

Their service has improved TREMENDOUSLY!! Not sure if they got a new manager or if they were finally listening to the people, but I love the atmosphere so much more. The employees are so friendly now and my food always comes out right. SO grateful for the change
