Please get this woman some help, she is overrun with orders and gets short with people because she’s obviously over worked and stressed. Why does the owner not have any help?? She’s great but she can’t do it all herself and I don’t see this place staying open long with this business model which is a shame.

We were there today, and the food was good, the girl behind the counter was kind, but the bathroom for customers was closed and the girl said she couldn’t find the key, her boss probably hid it so no one can use the bathroom. We had no way wash our hands before eating and I wasn’t able to use the bathroom in the shop.

I was so disappointed after leaving my beloved Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Holland, Michigan to not have a Tropical Smoothie Cafe near us. This one was almost an hour away but I was in need of my Detox Island Green smoothie and Hawaiian BBQ Island Flatbread. I can’t say how happy I was to see such nice folks working here too. Wayne was super duper nice and Kay was sweet. They had me out of there lickity split. Worth the trip for me. Now to head back. Haha

Went to Cafe in Papillion tonight. Ordered online. Got free smoothie from T-mobile life. Order kinda close to close I know, but lady had bad attitude. She called me rushing me there when I got lost and held up from accident. She kept saying I want to close and she still had 20 minutes. The drink was okay but could be better cause you can’t taste ingredients in sunrise sunset. I didnt even get a straw in all the rush out.

The Chinese manager here Kay has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE this store must needed a manager bad to hire her because she is so unprofessional. She raises her voice at people, is not helpful at all when ordering, and is simply unprofessional. I received an açaí bowl with 10% açaí and 90% fruit. Not made as advertised and when i asked her about it she was rude, yelled at me, and wasn’t willing to help me. I will be filing a corporate complaint as well bc i believe this is franchised and need to be shutdown providing this poor customer service.

I went in there to order an açai bowl and a detox green smoothie. I did not realize that there was coconut within the açai bowl. Halfway through them making my bowl, I asked her if she could politely remove it because I am severely allergic to coconuts, and I did not see that on the menu.
Her response was for me to take the coconut off myself. Once I got the bowl, I realize that the coconut was spread all the way to the bottom. I asked her to politely remake the bowl for me, and she aggressively picked up the bowl and used her hands with extremely thin gloves to scrape away all of the product within the bowl on the floor WITH HER NAILS while telling me how she doesn’t give refunds and doesn’t not remake any products. She said do something along the lines of “you get what you get”, and then asked me to never come back. Then, when I asked for a refund, she started screaming at me in front of the other customers and children that were there and refused to give me back my total amount. I ended up having to call security on her unfortunately. I tried my best to de-escalate the situation, and the other customers in the building agreed with me on that matter. I honestly would never go here anymore.
I would never bring my children in this building as well.
Even her employees came out to apologize to me, and said that they do not approve of her behavior.
It was a sad scene to watch for her.

Hard to believe, but my daughter and I just discovered this restaurant, and we’ll definitely be back! We ordered the Thai Chicken Salad and egg and sausage panini, plus a veggie smoothie and the Sunrise Smoothie. Both were delicious! The lady who waited on us was pleasant and courteous, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the restroom was very clean. Looking forward to returning and trying other menu items.

Smoothies were watered down-not nearly as good as the ones we get at the 168th location. Couldn’t get the attention of the manager or workers to get cutlery, even after politely saying excuse me to try to get their attention. The restroom door was locked to prevent anyone from going in. Again, none of the employees were available to be asked to unlock. Won’t be returning to this location.
