Ordered online, there was two, other one was supposed to have extra pickles, no cheese, had cheese but it was a clump on the side of the sandwich, no pickles. This one was supposed to be toasted, had to come home and do it myself. Whoever was working in there around 10:00 on January 25, doesn’t know how to do their job or provide good costumer service.
Edit: Called up there, manager had a attitude, absolutely will not be back, recommend to stay far far far away from this place.

The lady that runs this Subway runs a tight ship. Its Clean, Fast and you are treated as a valued customer. Ive walked out of several of the Subways around here from bad customer service. Not here. They serve good food with a smile.

Ordered through door dash. Last 2 times, I’ve ordered, they messed up our toppings. We ordered tonight and one sub had way too much mayo (like a child squirting way too much) probably my last time ordering from here at night anyway. Never have issues during the day.

Placed an online order, wasn’t ready. Cashier said I could wait 20 for the order to come in. Then they couldn’t complete some of the order cause they were out of product. I sat in the dirty dining room waiting on them to figure out when they can make my order. Out of product, dirty tables and floors, kids on their cell phones with plastic gloves on. Problem is the franchise owner doesn’t care.

The two stars is only because the girl was trying, other wise would be a zero. The guy that was supposed to be helping her was a tool. Not only had she pumped out 7 orders in the time it took him to go to the store for meatballs, but he then said he was late because he had been offered a job. He RINSED off his hands and threw some gloves on, did some stuff behind the wall and came out to make sandwiches. What I got was a salty and peppery mayonnaise with a hint of meat and veggies. he kept trying to talk about his new offer, while the poor girl that had been struggling to get through. As for the girl, she needs to know customer should never be aware of the issues, we watch, we know. The guy, obviously can go. He can’t make a wrap, let alone wash his hands, or have an idea how to perform in-front of people. I was so hungry, I chose to continue, but feeling sickly now…
I’ve been going here for three years… what has happen? My last three visits have felt as if this location has been ignored and left to struggle.

We ordered online. Everyone is super friendly but my sandwich had wayyy to much pepper. It was not edible and there was barely any mayonnaise. If they would have put as much mayonnaise as they did pepper I would have been happy. So please do not dump pepper on sandwiches. Luckily for me, I was able to rake off most of it.

I wasn’t even going to post a review about this but it’s happened multiple times now and I’m just really tired of paying for food that really isn’t edible. Most of the people that work here are great, they serve you until closing time unlike some places but the the last several times I have gone here the top and bottom layer of my bread is so hard that I have to scrape it off just to be able to eat my sandwich. I understand they use the older bread that’s been made before using fresher bread but this is ridiculous. It’s the middle of the day and they are serving hard bread. I just want fresh bread from a place that has the ability to make their own bread.

Normally this place is spot on. Tall dude with the blonde hair absolutely destroys at sandwich making. Another person there was in charge of cutting my sandwich & since they have that glass, I couldn’t tell if it was cut or not. I get back to my house & open it, it’s not cut all the way.

Staff was rude, and they charged us for the wrong things. We’ve been served by the same two people before and they were rude both times. The guy that checked us out didn’t even wait for the food to get done, charges us for the wrong things then couldn’t remember checking us out when he was asked by the other employee. They were also bullying another employee who was staying over time. The staff looked like they were all adults, they shouldn’t be acting like 16 year olds. This subway used to be so much better.

This was a total disaster, bread was dry and old, the extra ham I paid for was missing, salad was forgotten to be made, and then they wanted to be paid for my online order that was already paid for. The person in charge of this store needs to get training and learn how to train his or her staff. Sandwich making is not rocket science, reading an order is not brain surgery, so please get your act together.
And who is in charge of restocking? Is it so difficult to have all cheeses available that your menu offers?? Just a very sloppy and bad example of this franchise.
