One of my favorite tropical smoothie locations. We don’t have one in the town I live in so whenever we drive by this one (every 2 weeks) we stop in to grab a smoothie and Santa fe quesadilla. Pretty much every location does a decent job at making smoothies but this one always gets it right.

I’ve waited over a year for this location to open up! I love that it’s a healthy and quick option for when I am in a rush but don’t want to get fast food. They had a great recommendation for smoothies! I got the Kiwi Quencher and can recommend it if you like something sweet and refreshing. Food was super fresh too! I got the sweet potatoes and they came out HOT. So happy to have a Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Wichita and excited to try everything on the menu!

I tried to come get a smoothie at 9:55 AM on a Sunday and was told “I can’t serve you we aren’t open.” Maybe fix your hours online if you don’t want to mislead customers. Won’t be back.

I come all the time. Love the food. The customer service needs work! Went on 8/21 around 7-8. Worker in drive through was a young male in glasses. SO RUDE! He shouted at me at the speaker. Was judgmental and impatient. I told him thank you and he tilted his head, wrinkled his nose, handed my bag and slammed the window closed. Unprofessional and gave off disingenuous! Definitely if that’s the type of people you’re hiring to work there, can go to Jamba Juice or Smoothie King! The receipt said BEAU J but idk if that was the same person.
